“The place to stay at in Palermo Soho”

This Boutique Hotel is awesome. Our Glam suite is so cool and really spacious. The staff is everythig you always dreamed of. Luciano was the one who checked us in around midnight, it was perfect. The following morning we met Maria and Joana and later Aixa. All of them very kind and helpful. Tasty black coffee during our Continental Breakfast. Great Location in Palermo Soho. We're coming back here every time we come to BAs. PS. My folks loved our staying.

The Glu Hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and we liked it for it’s location, cleanliness, etc. but most of all – the amazing concierge service. We particularly loved this one woman, I think her name was Patricia, who sat us down upon arrival, drank coffee with us and told us all about the neighborhood we were in and the surrounding neighborhoods. She booked everything for us, from our ferry to Uruguay, to our nightly restaurant reservations. She showed us where everything was on the map, told us where to see the best tango show, and didn’t make us feel silly when we asked ridiculously annoying, American tourist questions. She was amazingly understanding when we realized we had left some very valuable items in the room after having checked out. She held the items for us for a week following, and returned them all when we went back to the hotel a week later, after having traveled around other parts of the country. I can't say enough great things about this place.

The Glu is an awesome hotel to stay while you are at Buenos AIres. The location in Palermo Soho makes it just perfect to explore BA. The best part about the hotel is the super efficient, super friendly and always helpful staff which always ensured that what ever we asked for was made available in time, be it for suggestions for the best vegetarian restaurants, arranging tickets for a footbal match just to name a few...I am GLUED to THE GLU whenever I am in Buenos Aires again...

Room Tip: All Rooms are good....The Glu suite is the best if more than 2 sharing a room...

I can't praise the Glu highly enough. The whole ethos of the hotel seems to be about service, the staff were great, so helpful, especially Aixa the lovely afternoon/evening receptionist who is charm itself and for whom nothing is too much trouble. I'm just wished we had more than our three nights to appreciate our exceptionally enjoyable stay in our huge room and a bed that rivals our own for space and comfort. The only not great note is breakfast, it's only ok. Service is truly personal, the staff will advise and organise any trips etc you need, including restaurant recommendations and bookings. Palermo Soho is an interesting, lively, easy-walking area where one is spoilt for dining choice, and the shopping...well leave your credit card at home if you want to avoid temptation (I forgot that one in the antiques district of St Elmo though). Why be one of the hordes in a hotel chain when you can feel special in this fabulous, chic, boutique? We love it.

We stayed two nights at the Glu Hotel and thought is very good value. It is conveniently located in the best restaurant and cafe area in Buenos Aires. The room was spacious, well equipped and very quiet. Perhaps a little dark and the breakfast not that amazing but with plenty of cafes nearby there are many better options. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend the Glu Hotel.

Room Tip: We had a room at the back of the building and it was lovely and quiet.

An incredible staff, an awesome location, and very comfortable amenities makes The Glu Hotel a wonderful choice. Located in Palermo Soho you are a short stroll from a wide variety of restaurants and trendy boutiques. Within 5 minutes you have your choice of many restaurants and clubs. The staff is so helpful with every question that you throw their way. Always smiling and always ready to assist. I thought the breakfast was fine. I'm a cappuccino drinker, so I was happy to have a hot cup every morning. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. A nice room to come back to after walking all day. A very good experience.

We found the Glu Hotel after a lot of research. It was a great find! We felt very comfortable and safe at the hotel. In fact they knew their guests so well that each night they would make sure each of us would come back to the hotel safe. The staff was excellent, very helpful and informative! They provided great suggestions to us and a very good "private tour guide" for the day. Each morning they provided wonderful coffee and a breakfast buffet. We were with another couple that are very particular about where they stay and they had no complaints.

Room Tip: We had a deluxe room on the third floor. It was a very spacious room and extremely comfortable. It w...
