For those new in Palmero, it's the club / bar / outdoor dining suburb of Beunos Aires.

Rooms have block out curtains, good Aircon and the quaint sunroof terrace fits this stylishly interior hotel well.

The service is personal and efficient. Couldn't think of a flaw here. I like it.

Go one up and book the deluxe suite with private terrace road facing. Sublime / divine.

Patricia and her staff were wonderful. They gave us so much individual attention and the location could not have been better. The room was spacious, quiet (we were in the rear of the hotel not facing the street), clean and we walked everywhere. They provided maps and directions to every spot we mentioned. Little touches like providing electrical adaptors even before we asked were greatly appreciated. The shower was fantastic with plenty of hot water. Diego (the night manager) was equally nice and catered to all our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend The Glu Hotel to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Glu. In a world where boutique hotels tend to favor style over substance, the Glu offered both in spades. The staff offered truly personal and attentive service. We offhandedly mentioned to the staff that we are vegetarians. Next thing we knew they had listed and mapped out veg friendly restaurants for us that would also be baby friendly. They knew our son Henry by name and made him feel very comfortable. They proactively gave us great ideas and recommendations. At the same time the style was super! We stayed in the Glu Suite which was fabulous. It has a large private terrace with a view of a soccer field below. Others have mentioned issues with noise but we had none. The furnishings were quite nice as well. The Glu is in a great location. Not quite in the heart of the shopping of Palermo Viejo but a 5 minute walk to shopping and to Palermo Hollywood for dinner and nightlife. I have definitely found my go-to place for future trips to Buenos Aires!

Room Tip: Go for the Glu Suite if you are more than two or staying a few days - lots of room!

We stayed at the Glu Hotel for 4 nights in December, and I can't say enough about how great this boutique hotel is. The staff are amazing attending to every detail to assist with touring around the city, getting taxis, and providing overall information about the city. When we arrived at the hotel, they came out the front door to greet us and whisked our suitcases up to our room. They even started the complementary breakfast early on 2 of the mornings so we could eat before heading out for tours! Patricia and Carolina were just amazing in their helpfulness! We had a suite that was perfect for the 3 of us. The room and bathroom were well appointed, and the wifi is free. The location is great in Palermo Soho--located around many good restaurants, shopping, and nightlife which the staff were happy to advise us about. I highly recommend this hotel when you are traveling to Buenos Aires!!

It's hard to overstate the hospitality and graciousness of the staff at the Glu. This was our 3rd time in BA but our first time at the hotel, which was undergoing a transition from hotel to apartments. We stayed there a night before heading south, then came back and spent a week. Our room was beautiful (and spacious for a small boutique hotel in Palermo) but it's the staff that makes the difference. Everyone we came into contact with -- everyone -- was wonderful (and indulged my need to practice mi castellanos: muy amable.) I really can't say enough good things about everyone at the Glu. If you're going to BA, choose the Glu. You won't regret it. Patricia -- hope you continue feeling well (and can manage the heat.) Diego - good luck with the Portugues. To everyone - thank you for making this trip feel like a honeymoon.
