We stayed here for 3 nights while on our honeymoon. There are only 3 good things about this hotel, but as you will see, you don't need much else:
Great location (center of the city), great customer service, AWESOME rooms!

The location is central to everything but not quite in the middle of anything. It's not perfect, but it's definitely great if you are in BA for the first time and want to see a little of everything (which was our situation).

Customer service is incredible! You name it, it's done. The lady at the front desk spent at least 20 mins with us explaining to us the layout of the city, main attractions, looking up online and taking printouts of maps for our special dietary needs (vegetarian), recommending the best places to party, booking shows, etc. They also have Fodor's & Lonely Planet guide books available for guests to borrow. They are super helpful!

Rooms are a class apart! We were on our honeymoon and we got rooms with double jacuzzis, a sauna and a large king bed. It was perfect! The balcony though is quite pointless - it's tiny and overlooks the street - not a very good view.

The only thing inconvenient about this hotel is that their luggage storage is on the first floor and each time a member of the front desk has to go and keep/retrieve it. With only one elevator and our heavy bags, it was quite tedious.

Also, I feel that the hotel can improve upon its cleanliness on the ground floor. It's not unclean by any means, but because it uses light furniture, they sometimes get displaced from their original location and gives an untidy feel to the area.

All in all, 100% recommended hotel! =)

Location: Downtown minutes from the main shopping district on a side street. It is a little difficult to find the hotel, no large signs. If travelling from airport to hotel it is a good idea to pre-print a map with hotel directions and name in Spanish. ****
Staff: Helpful and friendly. ****
Room: We had a very nice room well decorated with a large whirlpool type bathtub. The room was well lit and very clean. We heard no noise and the bed was confortable with nice linens. **** 1/2
Wifi: Included in room rate very fast Internet connection. *****
Summary: A great little hotel only two rooms/floor. Friends had a room with a small sauna and whirlpool bath. It is not a Hilton or Marriott but a nice little boutique style hotel. Room rate included a basic breakfast, which we enjoyed. If you do not need a full service hotel, this property is a great choice for a stay in BA. It definitely has character. ****1/2

This well situated small hotel has the most outstanding front of the house staff. Very helpful, 24h a day. They will go beyond their duties to help you and they are pretty girls...The rooms are roomy, clean and perfectly designed. You are in a safe area and walking distance to Recoleta or the Water front restaurant.

After a 14 hours flying: coming into a large beautifully appointed suite and relaxing in the 2-person jacuzzi tub made it all feel worth it! The hotel is very quiet and clean. I slept very well - there are only 2 rooms per floor, so no noise from the hallways/doors. It's walking distance to good shopping (Florida St.), the sights and Ricoleta. The staff are very helpful and will exchange money for you at a good rate.

If you stay here: check out the store Autoria - it's got cool local gifts, not kitschy Made in China gifts and Dill Restaurant, which has outstanding cocktails and no-menu, but amazing food. Enjoy!
