My wife and I had an extremely solid high-level experience at Aramburu.
Although we didn't love the taste of ALL 12 dishes we got, we certainly appreciated every single one of them. What these guys are doing is closer to art than cooking.
When I say that we didn't love ALL 12 dishes, let me add that 8 of them were in our opinion to-die-for :-)
Wine: we had an Achaval Ferrer Finca Mirador 2007 at about half price of the price in the winery. Quite a good value :-))
The menu price is excellent value, too!
There's nothing one can do wrong with Aramburu.
