Great sleep, great design, great restarant. Great kingsize bed with nice pillows. Excellent TV set, excellent kitchen stuff. I missed a radiowatch or an alarmclock. If you're leaving early in the morning ask for a wake up call.

Beautifully designed smallish (60 rooms, I believe) modern hotel tucked into the residential Palermo, across a wide street (practically) from the Japanese Garden and a few blocks away from the Evita Museum. Service was very good, although we interacted with staff minimally. The room contained a kitchenette so we could buy ready made food at a Panaderia and eat it in the room. You could opt for the B&B and have a very nice breakfast included, as there is a nice cafe next door. However, you are charged for the drip coffee and tea you can make in your room and I am used to it being complimentary. Nice bathroom with plush towels, good closet storage, long table in the room, thin-screen TV and large bed and balcony overlooking the tree-lined street. There was some noise from the adjoining Av. Libertador that filtered in. Wonderful small gym, sauna and pool area (really pool is only for a dip as it is quite small) and two computers in the business center.

I stayed at this hotel last december for 7 nights. There is a nice swimming pool, a gym, a sauna. I didnt try the massages though. The location is beautiful. Palermo is the best neighborhood there. There are lots of parks in Palermo. Also, MALBA museum, Evita Museum, Japanese Garden, Shopping Paseo Alcorta all very close, something like 10 minutes walking. The closest underground (they call subté) station is 15 minutes far away, the beautiful Zoologic as well. It's very close to the 'Aeroparque' Airport. Really liked this hotel bar the breakfast which is only average. I definitely would stay there again if I come back to Buenos Aires.

The Awwa Suites Hotel is well situated in a side street near the leafy areas of the BA parks and in easy walking distance of the MALBA and Museum of Fine Arts. There are plenty of nice bars, restaurants and coffee houses nearby and the domestic airport is only a 15 minute taxi ride away.
We stayed in the Awwa on two accasions, in a gardenroom as well as a balcony front room, with a slight preference for the former, as it is quieter.
The rooms are of modern design, black and white colour scheme, spacious, very comfortable beds with good bed linen and large flat screne televisions. Each room features a neat little kitchen area, however, it would be difficult to utilise it, as there is no equipment provided, apart from 2 cups, 2 plates, 2knifes, 2forks , 2 spoons and 2 glasses. Curious really.
The bathrooms are very small and really only suitable for one person at a time, there are no plugs for the sink or the bath and considering the hotel is very new, there are signs of a developping mould problem, which should be addressed.
The spa aspect of the hotel is a slightly misleading idea, there is a neat small swimmingpool in the basement, however, there is little sign of active spa activity and during a combined stay of 5 days, I never saw a therapist or other spa staff member, apart from an occasional pool attendant. Maybe it was just a question of my timing, but nevertheless, this was my experience.
The reception staff were rather varied in their attitude towards guests, considering this, I would like to comment on a reception staff member, a young man from Equador, who was exeptionally helpful, friendly and pleasant. He made a single huge difference in an otherwise rather indifferent attitude towards clients. Whilst most of his colleagues were neither inpolite or rude, they were just very indifferent , non smiling and slightly reluctant to be helpful when needed.
Would we stay at the Awwa again? Probably.

The Awwa Suites and Spa Hotel is located next to the Bosques de Palermo, with great park space, lots of trees and a great neighborhood. There's good access to the subway lines, and taxis are always available within a block of the hotel. the hotel itself has beautiful rooms, with large beds, a kitchenette area, balcony, and workspace. The staff was very pleasant and was willing to help with any questions I had. The neighborhood has some very good restaurants, the Evita Museum is just a few blocks away, and I felt very safe at all times. I highly recommend this little gem.

Awwa Suites is an excellent value hotel in a very good and safe area. The room is very nice and has a balcony and a mini kitchen. This is a new hotel and all furniture and devices are working perfectly . The Service was very good as well . They have a nice heated swimming pool and a sauna underground . The price for breakfast is not cheap , but you can have a nice and cheaper breakfast in the same quarter for example at Av. Libertador with the perfect view of Bosques de Palermo. If you are travelling with kids , the zoo is very close to the hotel, the japanese garden is also a perfect option for leisure with kids in a walking distance. There are great restaurants in this area Bella Italia Ristorante was our favorite , try to make a reservation before . Other good value restaurant in this area was Gauchita (with typical argentinean parilla). There is also a restaurant called Astrid y Gaston of peruan cousine that was very recommended. This is not a touristic area, but is close from Recoleta or Palemo Soho , but you can easily take a taxi to go anywhere you want in BA , the taxi fare is at a fair price, although sometimes you have some too much emotion with the speed and skills of taxi drivers .
