This club/ music venue was only a few blocks from our place in Recoleta. We heard a great jazz trio - A Remus and really enjoyed the music. They offer some Brazilian meals but we shared a picada type plate as we had already eaten. We bought our tickets in advance and sat at table 3, an edge table. The guests beside us were very helpful. We would definitely go here again on another visit to Buenos Aires. Well worth the ticket price of I think 80 pesos each!

I can't comment on the food because we did not eat here, just ordered drinks and watched the show which was a small combo performing Brazilian music. The performance was nice and the venue was comparable to other small jazz venues we have visited in NYC or other cities with a good jazz scene. Tickets for this show were +/-$15 US and we had wine and it was decent but not the best malbec we had in BA. Overall, I would always check the schedule and if it suits your taste, go have a nice night out.

Come for the music! Great big band experience and loved watching the musicians in this intimate setting. Some real talent and the best part is that you can tell that they're having a lot of fun! Can't wait to come out again next Sunday. Our dinner was average and next time I'll probably just get drinks and dessert (they have chocolate volcano on the menu-my favorite!). We got there at 9pm just before the jazz started and good thing we did because we got one of the last tables. There is an entrance fee (80 pesos) and assigned tables and a seating charge (11 pesos per person) on top of that. When choosing your seats from the schematic, stay away from tables on the edges/aisles as these are thoroughfares for the waitstaff and can get crowded.

We had a great time here with Pablo Nemirovsky band, and the Saturday afternoon Brazilian sessions. Its intimate and the music is excellent. Postres, drinks and wine are excellent but food is poor...I dont advise having dinner here.

All jazz nights and some weekend afternoons in our big time favourite B.A. venue. They fit large bands on that tiny stage, take turns to come into the spotlight, it's like one big happy family. We are most impressed with the musicianship and level of talent here in B.A. Bravo Musos! and Bravo to the waiters and the cooks too. The meals are as good as they get in fact. My risotto was perfect . . . the way many cooks can't be bothered to do . . . it was just sublime! The food is really good and inexpensive. The waiters are inobtrusive and attentive at the same time. We've been back three times in two weeks . . . we love it so much. You can really count on being uplifted by the music that feeds your soul. The door charge is a small price to pay for the huge talent so don't be stingy . . . to see these folks on a big stage would cost three times this amount. Enjoy Notorious! What a great name!
