We stayed at the Fierro Hotel for several nights, then went to Patagonia, and came back to the Fierro before leaving Argentina. The hotel is in a very nice location. We walked in the area both day and night and it was a lovely neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff arranged for transportation to and from the airport and kept the bags we didn't need while we went off to Patagonia for a few days. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was very gracious and helpful in the dining area. The rooms were clean and pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel.

it was an excellent stay. I have appreciated the room (size, decoration, cleaness, ...). the window is large and it is exceptional. the breakfast is excellent. But was is fundamental is the quality of the hotel people (at the desk very helpful, for the room with some attention, at the restaurant with good advices)

My fiancé and I recently stayed 9 nights at the Fierro Hotel. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, they often helped us book dinner reservations and guide us through the city. The hotel is located in a great spot in Palermo and walking distance to many great restaurants and a short walk to Soho. If you book directly through hotel and pay in advance you can get a discount. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again when I return to Buenos Aires.

Delightful, helpful staff and an all-around great hotel. Nice location if a bit out of the way for many of Buenos's attractions. Particularly delicious breakfast (as good a hotel breakfast as I can ever remember).

My Client booked the room, so I did not choose your hotel. However I couldn't conceive of a better choice. Your hotel is beautiful and clean, and your staff is very courteous. I will always stay at Fierro Hotel when i am in Buenos Aires. Thank you for a great experience.

Warm welcome, helpful front desk crew. Lovely large room, appreciatead the attention to detail (throw blanket on sofa was well appreciated in the cold winter evenings!). Location was nice, easy to walk around Palermo, lots of great restaurants and fun bars nearby. Easy enough to take taxi or subway downtown. Fantastic restaurant too - deserves its own review :)

We chose this hotel because of the location in Palermo, and it was the perfect choice. The location was ideal – it’s a great neighborhood, we felt perfectly safe at all times, there are a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It may not be located in the liveliest part of Palermo – that would be Palermo Soho – but its close enough to walk there. When you check-in at the hotel they give you a map of the area that shows you the restaurants that they recommend – we tried a number of them and none of the disappointed. Make sure you try Las Cabras that’s a five minute walk from the hotel – the food and atmosphere are amazing, totally worth the long wait.

We stayed in the Terrace Suite and it’s a great room – very spacious and I liked the modern décor. The room has a huge wrap-around terrace – and I mean huge! – that has enough room for a Jacuzzi, sun loungers, a table and chairs and even an Argentinean grill! The only thing that I didn’t really like about the room is that the bathroom is really small – especially compared to the size of the room. Oh, and another thing worth mentioning is the mini-bar. This isn’t your usual boring hotel mini-bar, a lot of thought was put into it. There’s a great selection of wine (there was a sign that said that the wines had been selected by the President of the Argentinean Sommelier Association – or someone along those lines), a lot of snacks, both sweet and savory. You could happily live in this room without going outside.

The hotel is home to the Hernan Gipponi restaurant, which is considered to be one of the best restaurants in Buenos Aires. We didn’t go to the restaurant, but you can order room-service from their menu. I don’t remember what we ordered, but I remember that it was pretty good food. Not mind-blowing, but good. Breakfast is also served at Hernan Gipponi. A lot of reviews mention that breakfast is really good, but I wasn’t impressed. But I guess that’s a matter of personal taste. There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just that it’s a set menu, you only choose how you want your eggs. So if, like me, you don’t eat some of the tings that are included, like yoghurt or muesli or something, than you’ll only be able to eat part of the breakfast, and it will probably be not enough food. So we only went to breakfast once and then decided not to bother. But, like a said totally a matter of personal taste. And, to be fair, the presentation of the food is wonderful and the service is really good.

The staff at the Fierro are really friendly and helpful. They’ll tell you where to exchange money at the blue rate, where to buy wine, where to eat, what to see and how to get there. Not to mention the basic thing like arranging taxis and so on.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Fierro and would definitely stay there again.
