Great location. It's in Palermo, one of the best places in Buenos Aires. They offer apartments but with hotel service. Rooms have kitchen, living rooms, etc. They even offer breakfast at a nice cafe less than a block away. If traveling in summer, try to request the only room with private terrace. It has it's own table with chairs and a sunbathing area. I had this room in summer and it was perfect for summer night dinner parties. The pool is small, but great still. The rooftop overlooks the polo field and the Rio de la Plata. I definitely recommend this hotel

Room Tip: Ask for the room with the huge terrace.

The list of great things about this fine hotel is lengthy, I'll try to do it justice...

First up, the staff are outstanding, they really go the extra mile and are so friendly and helpful, their English is awesome if your Spanish is poor. The hotel itself is less hotel and more, as it says, a collection of suites with the full facilities you could require to make your stay self-sufficient. The rooms themselves are spacious, well appointed and very cool with great views, balconies and black out curtains so that you have a great nights sleep.

The level of cleanliness is also outstanding and the feel is very contemporary but very luxurious.

Breakfast is at a lovely cafe around the corner and although selection is small, it is all very tasty and has a homemade feel and the quality that goes with that.

The rooftop pool has great views and although on the small side, it serves it's purpose and feels very VIP indeed.

As for the area, Palermo is well served by the Metro system and buses, has an array of exclusive shops, eateries and bars and all very close by to the hotel, numerous gorgeous parks in walking distance and also I must stress the area is very safe and welcoming.

Only negatives are the lack of room service (although there is a reasonably stocked mini-bar), smallness of the pool and the occasional noise from a passing train but all in all, a perfect place to stay in BA.

Well worth the money compared to places in the $75-$80 range. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great location, helpful staff. What else do you want? We had a minor issue with our initial reservation but the double upgraded us to a suite. Staff was helpful with extending our stay. Plenty of restaurants up Sinclair street and Segui. Italian restaurant is good. Grocery store, drop off laundry, and bank all very close by. Save $$ and buy beverages, etc at the Sinclair Market. 1.5 blocks away. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Palermo Hollywood is a 25 minute walk or $5 US taxi ride. D Line subway on Sante Fe is a 10 min walk and will take you to Florida Street ect for 1.10 pesos so $.25 US.

There's not much to say about this place, except that it's wonderful. Well appointed rooms, free WiFi, pool, clean and stylish and very friendly staff. There are also some great restaurants around the area, try the one called La Catedra.

One slight drawback is that there's no bar in the area for a late night drink, but its only a minor drawback and nothing to do with the hotel.

Myself and a friend stayed at this hotel October 2010. At first check-in, there was an issue with our reservation. But I'm happy to say, they did end up resolving the issue, so i give them much credit for caring about their customers' experience. The hotel is in an excellent and walkable location to everything in Palermo. The rooms are modern and spacious. Kitchenette area, nice bathrooms, flat screen TV is nice, and very comfortable beds. I definitely recommend the hotel for any business or leisure traveler.
