We stayed in this hotel for a night before going to the airport after making our way to Buenos Aires from Mendoza. The staff was above and beyond nice. They were really amazing at helping us with any problems we had and were very accommodating. However, when my friend went to get in bed the sheets were dirty, and what I mean by dirty is there was a huge blood stain and a bunch of long and short black hairs. Also there was black mold all over the bathroom. So if you want great service this is the place for you, if you want a nice clean place to stay go somewhere else!

Hola Jessica,
saludos cordiales

The apartments are spacious and very quiet. The staff is very friendly. Wifi also worked well in my apartment. Good value for your money. Palermo neigbourhood is really nice. Lot's of restaurants and shops.

The appartment is confy and clean and the shower is great (heat and water pressure are great.) The location is great, there is a bus stop to go to Plaza Italia, and plenty of transportation to get to the hotel from downtown. Beside the walk through Palermo Soho is great. What I love the most is that there are plenty of neighborhood restaurantes and bakeries

Overall I love the receptionists, they are great and always willing to help with a smile, I recommend this Apart Hotel!

Appartment in the new building are beautiful.

I stayed with my friends over the weekend and we chose the place due to its price and fairly good location. (It's in a quiet area close to Plaza Serrano, the clothing outlets and cordoba av) We usually go to hostels or hotels but we thought maybe renting a flat would be nice so we could order food and take advantage of the living room area. That never happened because the flat wasn't that great and we didn't want to stay in so much. The toilet was dirty, there were hairs everywhere stick on the mirror and in the shower. We also found loads of hair in the bedsheets but we were too tired to go and complain about it. Overall, i wouldn't go back. Whether it's cheap or not, it's doen't matter, you would still expect them to have the place clean and ready. Wifi signal was really weak as well.
Anyway, the staff was pretty nice so sorry about the bad review!

Saludos cordiales,

This is a cheap (but average) place to stay in BA. We got a good deal - $45 per night, so couldn't really expect much. The 1 bedroom apartment is very old and dated and the furniture is uncomfortable. There's no comfortable couch to sit on - it's a fold-up bed. The room has been smoked in and there's an ashtray inside the room with no signs inside the room saying you can't smoke. There is no kettle or toaster, so not really a self-catering kind of apartment. Towels were very old and ragged. I was told there are a newer set of apartments, but we were in the old.

Saludos cordiales,
