I've had the absolute pleasure of dining with Chef Mun about 6 times, and it's not enough. Every dish is a well orchestrated blend of flavors and textures fusing Asian favorites with Argentine classics. One bite of the lomo on top of wasabi mashed potatoes w/ a soy-malbec reduction will make you understand why the foodie world is richer for Mun’s choice to leave the financial world behind.
