Owner description: graffitimundo is non-profit organisation which celebrates graffiti & street art in Buenos Aires and supports its artists. We run tours in close collaboration with a network of street artists, and share our first hand knowledge of the scene through friendly guided tours which reveal the extraordinary story behind the thriving urban art scene. Our tours take you off the beaten path to reveal the city's hidden graffiti hotspots and street art galleries. You’ll learn all about the Buenos Aires urban art scene, from the cultural and historical origins to the different styles and techniques on display. Stopping by an artists’ studio and finishing in the city’s only street art bar and gallery, the tour also gives you the chance to meet with artists and buy affordable artwork. All proceeds from our tours are used to keep our project running, and enable us to continue promoting the scene and supporting its artist.

We went on the South Buenos Aires tour, and it was really wonderful. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the areas to which she took us, there's no way we would have found that on our own. And she was great about explaining some of the social and political history that put a lot of this art in context.

We went on this tour near the end of our stay in BA, but if you can, I'd recommend booking for earlier. She put the city in to context for us, and gave us a ton of useful information that we would have taken advantage of if we'd have had a few more days. They say this on their website, but it's really true. I'm absolutely glad we went, I just wish we'd gone earlier.

And remember not to drink too much coffee or mate before the tour; it's a walking / minibus tour, your bathroom opportunities are limited!

This past weekend I went on the North City tour and our wonderful guide, Ana, led us through Colegiales and parts of Palermo that I might not have seen otherwise. She was incredibly knowledgable, charismatic, and open to questions. I loved that the tour explained the social, political, and historical context of Buenos Aires's street art. This tour is a must for any art and/or culture lovers traveling to Buenos Aires.

A great tour to take you to the parts of Buenos Aires you might not necessarily see. Lots of interesting street art, lots of interesting artists and some very informative guide.

Well done.

If you have any interest in art, street art, graffiti or history this is a great tour for you. Our guide provide a great amount of information about the artists, their techniques and how the pieces reflexed the peoples history. She was lovely, friendly and energetic making a great tour. We were even lucky enough to go and meet 3 of the artists in their workshop. Ensure you don't go home disappointed, go and do it
