The place is well located and is gorgeous (has done old phones and decoration which makes it pretty). Service was OK to poor (needed to wait for service for quite a while with the restaurant empty). Ordered a classic parrilla with French fries as sides. Parrilla was just OK (nothing outstanding to say if compared with what is served in Uruguay), but French fries were terrible. Considering the whole picture, can't really recommend the place to anyone.

There are many ,many local places less expensive and better. Nice ambience and nice location but our Rissoto del Mare was RANK. The ojo de bife was not cheap by Argentinian standards and not up to Argentinian standards of size or quality. I would suggest you try elsewhere.

This place is horrible for meat. We ordered the best meat combo for 2. Half my plate was gristle by the end. It was tough and chewy. If you have spent any time here in Recoleta then just go to Rodi. You can cut their meat with a fork at half the price.
The atmosphere at Rodi is not great but there food is and it's half the price of Clark's. All in all just avoid Clark's and you will have done yourself a good choice.

I really think this place fits the bill. Not entirely touristy, since there are many locals here. Prices are right. Across the way from the Recoleta Cemetery, there is outside seating also. Good people watching place. Inside, I thought the place was very clean and you get the additional treat of having a small cash register and telephone museum! Steak (Medio portion de Lomo), or half of a filet mignon that was still big was great, homemade mashed potatoes and salads for everyone.

The steak was good, the spaghetti was good, the wine palatable, the service left a little to be desired but we were not in a hurry so no problem, however as with one of the previous reviewers comments, the waiter recommended the most expensive meal on the menu .... when will they learn? We also dined Al fresco and it was pleasant however beware if you order the pigeon dish, there were plenty of them around - there must be some form of pest control.
