The place is beautiful and a pleasure to live in. The openness of the floor plan offers great outdoor spaces that compliment the spacious and stylish rooms. The staff is concerned and always helpful. My wife was sick when we returned from Puerto Iguazu and we came to the hotel at 11 am without a reservation and rented a room until our flight out that late evening. They did everything possible to help us. We had spent a couple days there earlier in our vacation and loved it and the location in the outstanding San Telmo neighborhood. A great spot at a great value. One of my best hotel experiences in many decades of travel around the world.

Room Tip: I only know the one we had and it was 218 and roomy and wonderful.

We didn't actually stay at this hotel but at the hostel across the street. Though we wish we stayed here. We went to the telmo deli for breakfast twice and it was delicious!! Wifi is good and a great place to start the day. They even let us pay to eat at the wonderful buffet. Thumbs up!!

Stayed here as part of a group tour. The entrance was non description but as soon as you walk up to the rooms, it becomes amazingly renovated with sculptures in the courtyard. The room had massive windows with all the amenities of a big chain hotel, bathroom was small but functional. Rooftop pool was a bonus. Location is on a quiet street close to Puerto Madero were the nice restaurants are on the river as well as the largest avenue in the world and other tourist sites. If I ever return to BA, this hotel would definitely be high on my list of where I would stay.

Or deepest thanks to the whole team at Patios de San Telmo for first class experience in every way. the hotel itself is superbly comfortable, clean, artistic and serene in the heart of the fascinating San Telmo neighbood. Your staff service was truly extra-ordinary.. It's hard to express how grateful we are for your staffs' clever and peersistent effort successfully recovering of a lost backpack. We highly recommend Patios de San Telmo as a first class base for adventures in Buenos Aires.

We liked everything about it from the spacious room with massive window (we had a “corner” room), to the sculptures lying around the hotel, to the communal areas, to the gorgeous roof top swimming pool with great views.
Staff was always nice and helpful.

No fault at all for this hotel.

Far more a boutique hotel than B&B, the rooms are spacious, with A/C, fridg., king bed, huge Jacuzzi, and wonderful rainfall shower. There are 3 connecting patios, open to the sky, and a small rooftop pool. Breakfast is included, and is the only weak spot, with the same offering each day. The staff is fantastic! They helped in so many ways, even reheating leftovers from a restaurant dinner for us. Filtered water is available to refill bottles in the breakfast room, and ice cubes on request. The price was exceptionally reasonable; the area is not far from the central downtown, a colonial era section with a local neighborhood feel. There are several hostels and simple hotels there, but no big name chains.
One staff member, named Nicholas, was a real standout. We very much appreciate the friendly help and many kindnesses he gave which made our stay so pleasant!

Room Tip: Room 108 with king bed was close to office, but quiet.

Beautiful space, with open courtyards and modern details. Staff is wonderful--we arrived exhausted after traveling 10,000 miles and were offered an early check in, which we didn't expect (thank you!). Location was ideal for us--easy walk to all San Telmo sights; subway station nearby. Breakfast in charming attached cafe was lovely (simple, but very good). Would stay there again in a second (might return to BA just to do so).
