Location is great, staff is super helpful, five star service! They go out of your way to make sure that you enjoyed your stay. I was looking for a nano sim card, they called every place they know until they found one for me! Anything you need (within reason of course), they will try to accommodate!

One of the best-in-class hotels in the world:

+ Outstanding service, everyone goes out of their way to help and accommodate you. They make their guests feel special. Thank you, guys
+ Great location
+ Beautiful property and rooms
+ Free wi-fi and water in the room
+ Excellent breakfast (included) and food at their restaurants

- While the spa is nice and the personnel is extremely helpful, the quality of the services was a little underwhelming for that hotel

We stayed in a suite and truly enjoyed ourselves. The room layouts, the comfortable furniture, the well stocked bath -- I could go on and on. They even have wall plugs in the desk since many adapters don't have the correct plugs. You could be here forever and not get tired of the room.

The hotel is near La Recoleta with the ornate cemetary, a large park, super shopping, and many nearby restaurants. You can walk around; just don't wear any jewelry or a wallet that is easily stolen from your pocket. But that is true of anywhere in Buenos Aires.

By far the BEST Four Seasons Hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were incredible. When you go look for Agustina, Sandra, or Clara at the Concierge, Gaston at the Front Desk and Sebastian at Bell Services. If you want to fall in love with BA the first thing you have to do is stay at this hotel. I loved the Bar (the Pony Line), the restaurants (Elena and Nuestro Secreto), the Spa and the Rooms. You cannot go wrong with the Four Seasons Buenos Aires.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with a view of the gardens.

The staff in general were outstanding, they were very friendly and helpful, especially the girls at the concierge, they help me with anything from getting me taxis, to dinner reservations and theater tickets. They also gave me good recommendations for restaurants and shows. Facilities are in excellent condition. The gym is small but is well equipped to do most of the works out one normally does i.e. cardio, weights. The swimming pool area is really nice however it can get a bit shady due to the location. Elena restaurant is very good I recommend the aged meats because they are the tastiest and the bread is delicious. Location wise is very well place and very easy to reach good places to eat.

We stay for 5nights in November and we found that this Four Seasons property has a good location in Buenos Aires. It is near some of the best Parilla restaurant (El Mirasol) so we could just take 2 minutes walk especially when you are hungry for one of the best Argentinian Steak. The staff are quite friendly and will provide you with the best advice to stroll the city who are quite famous for the 'Rolex pickpocket'. Good value for the service...

We stayed at two hotels in Buenos Aires. This was our first stay ever at a four seasons and it was selected by a luxury travel company. We were booked in a suite with a view over the pool. The suite was very nice as it should be for the very expensive price.

The best feature was the fabulous buffet breakfasts. We also heard that the dinners in the restaurant were excellent although we only had breakfast at the hotel.

Disappointments were that only one device is free on the internet in the room and that the in-room coffee machine (capsule) was not free (more expensive than coffee at the opera house cafe!). The gym was quite small which isn't a big concern since we didn't have time to use it.

We preferred the much less expensive hotel in a nearby neighborhood and were able to get around by walking or riding the subway. The four seasons was isolated in comparison and at times there were mobs of guests at the bar or in the lobby. However, if you want to feel as if you have not left the US - then you will really enjoy the four seasons. The reception staff is fluent in english and they have high-end sedans available for hire.

Overall, I have very high expectations for such an expensive hotel.
