The hotel is located in Recoleta, but a 10" walk to the main touristic area. It is walking distance to Colon Theatre (15") and central area, like famous Florida Av (30").

I stood in a superior room, with no street view. It was a big room with basic amenities.

The hotel staff seem to be always in bad mood, including the restaurant waiters.

The bed is very confortable and it has a big bathroom, shower is fine. In general, it's worth.

We arrived early in the morning, we took an overnight flight (no other available), the receptionist was very unkind and rude; he did the least possible to accommodate us, until I asked to talk to the manager, who never showed up. The breakfast is not good at all, you'll have better chances looking someplace else. The web page sells more that what it really is in reality. The rooms are OK, but not what I was expecting. There's no free wi-fi and is veeeery slow. Not recommendable.

Check in was smooth. Nice clean and tidy room. Bed was so comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was walking distance to great shops, transport and sites to visit. Would stay there again.

This was booked for us by MSC Cruises as a 3 day 2 night pre Cruise treat - very satisfied with our room - breakfast in the basement on the 1st morning but in the bar on the 2nd which we found to be more cramped and the service a bit slow. Central position clean room and comfy beds what more could you want after a 13 hour flight from Heathrow.

We had a very enjoyable stay here in April. The room was on the small side but comfortable and pleasant. The location was great, close to a park and convenient to sights in Buenos Aires. The employees at the front desk were helpful with our questions and requests. They arranged transportation for us, printed boarding passes, etc. Breakfast was good but the staff at breakfast was slow clearing tables and seemingly uninterested. We used the exercise room and they even provided fresh fruit, a nice touch. Got plenty of exercise walking around the area though!

Room Tip: Our room faced the back and it was very quiet.

I have been there with my husband last year in August and appreciated the employees´ efforts to please us.The room we had booked was very bad, with mold in the bathroom, so they gave us an upgrade and then it was ok. Breakfast was good and location too.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my wife prior to a fishing trip in Patagonia. The hotel was a good value. The room was a little cramped because of my extra fishing gear but not a problem as we spent most of the time exploring the city. It is within walking distance (1-2k) from the cemetery holding Evita Paron's body and the same distance in the opposite direction to Mayor's square. It is close to the buses but not the underground. The hotel staff were not familiar with how to obtain a bus pass or the rules but did point us to the post office where we were able to get them (passport required). The routes are confusing (over 300) and no maps but the people waiting at the stops were helpful in telling which bus would take us to our destination.

Room Tip: I saw other reviews that mentioned outside noise. We had a room with a view overlooking an air shaf...
