I’ve stayed in rooms 206 and 708. The second floor room looks into a wall. Probably around the 4th floor the wall ends. The picture of the hotel on TA is of that side of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet area of BA. A Metro stop is fairly close. Florida street starts nearby.

The hotel staff is very nice. The breakfast buffet the Euro-standard.

The rooms are designed to be studio apartment-like with some kitchen appliances. There’s even a coffee maker with coffee. (The suggestion is that you only get free coffee the first day you are there but my coffee was refilled. That might not be true if you stay for a long time.)

The wifi was strong in both rooms.

There are multiple international power plugs by the desk.

If you need to get Argentine Pesos the grocery store next door will give you Pesos at a good rate if you pay for an item in US Dollars (and maybe Euros – we didn’t ask).

We were on a guided tour and stayed several nights here. The rooms were small but quite fine. Very clean. Even had a small refrigerator. As in all the hotels in S America we stayed at, the air conditioning wasn't like what we are used to. they had a sauna and a small pool on the top floor. Great views from there. The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfasts were wonderful-buffet style. Lots of fruits, eggs and meats and all too many sweet bread and pastries.
The location is great-near Recoletta, the huge indoor mall (Pacifico) and lots of restaurants and cafe's. There is a small convenience store right next door for water or anything-got a great exchange rate. They weren't open Sunday.

We stayed here two nights in November. The hotel room was basic, the building is a bit aged, but we weren't expecting a 5star joint. Nor did they advertise themselves as such, so it was totally fine. The location made up for the minuses, the Subte, major sites, etc all easily accessible. The staff was helpful every time we had a question so no complaints there. The breakfast is the same as most of the average hotels we stayed at in Argentina, which mostly comprised of processed food. Not a fan but expected. Positive experience.

We were here for 5 days in October before joining a guided tour to Patagonia, and returned with the tour in mid-November. The rooms are old fashioned semi-suites with a room divider between the bed and desk/dining area. There is a Pullman kitchen with a small Frig and microwave, but no dishes! Staff is very pleasant and helpful; they serve a full breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. It was centrally located, with many of the attractions within easy walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This hotel was a great finding! It has big rooms with great beds and very clean. The location is perfect, near Avendia 9 de Julio e Plaza San Martin where you have a subway station. It's also close to Calle Florida. The service is very good, but I wish they have a taxi company to call when we need. I strongly recommend it! And I will be back, for business and for fun!

This hotel was arranged for me by Exploration Journeys as my introduction to seeing the highlights of Buenos Aires. I was very pleased with its location a block & a half from the San Martin Plaza, and an easy walk to major sights on Avenida de Mayo, Avenido 9 de Julio, Florida Street shopping, and the Retiro and Recoleta districts. My room #806 was quiet and included a kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave; a grocery convenience store is nearby. Bathroom was clean and modern. King bed was comfortable, altho the pillows were too firm; foam rubber pillows also seemed to be standard at other mid-price Argentina hotels. The spacious room layout included a work area with desk & chair, another table with two chairs, and a large TV console that provided additional space for books, maps, cameras, etc. A large picture window overlooking the next door church & street opened to outside fresh air. The hotel staff was always helpful in both Spanish and English. Breakfast was included with the room, and was just average in its self-serve buffet selections. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a good location in Buenos Aires with mid-range pricing.
