I stayed for 3 weeks in a privately-owned apartment in this hotel. The apartment was a good size but quite dated - a lot of the cupboards and drawers didn't open/close well. The air conditioning unit was ancient and very loud, and there was a LOT of noise from the street as well. The hotel in general could use some refurbishment - it feels very old and the lifts are terrible. Service and food in the restaurant was adequate, but I much preferred eating at the local cafes. I would stay here again, but only if I couldn't find anything better.

Bathroom is really old. Carpets and decoration is old and dirty. No maintenance. Old tv with few channels and old and noisy A/C. Nice location. It is an apartment, with a living room... However I won't invite any friend here...

This is he worst hotel l ever been to in Buenos Aires.Besides the good location, really not maintained and old, curtains, carpet was dirty and smelly.Bathroom very poorly maintained and not only that it looked dirty.Told Front desk we weren't happy with the room and they said we got an upgrade on our reservation,so they gave us the regular room we were supposed to get which was as bad.

This is by far the worst hotel in its class in Buenos Aires. Other than its good location, everything else about the hotel is wrong: rooms are old, poorly maintained, and smelly. The airc onditioning shook the whole room. I found exposed electric wires in the bathroom, and the electrical outlets near my bed seemed just shy of shorting. The service was unresponsive: 1 bath towel, no hand towel, and a nearly invisible bar of soap. Why pay the price when there are much better hotels in the same price range nearby? This was the only hotel that had rooms available during a busy convention week. Now I know why!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.
The location is great and everything is within in walking distance.
I also felt pretty safe there.
I haven't seen other hotels in Buenos Aires, however compared to other hotels in big cities world wide, this one was bed.
Old furnitures, not very clean and uncomfortable bed.
On my next business trip I will definitely stay in an other hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel

I have been many times in this suites hotel, it is well
situated in Buenos Aires, two blocks from Santa Fe
Avenue, near downtown, nice block.
The price was very convenient, booked directly by phone, but the suite is very tired, the curtains old fashioned, the sheets awful, everything need to be
refreshed.
Too bad for a familiar place, good for new tourists,
also bad breakfast, even if the front desk people are
friendly.

The hotel has a good, central location, and one feels safe in the area. The rooms are dismal, old, not clean. The air conditioner did not work and the room was too hot, and the windows did not open and the room had a humid smell. The swimming pool was shut down. The room had a small fridge, a microwave, two gas burners, a sink, plates, etc. - all of it old, none of which we used. Big problem was sleeping in the tiniest double bed seen in years, not easy for two adults used to a queen-sized bed. The hotel staff even when polite is not especially helpful. The breakfast, included in the price, was dismal: fake orange drink, average coffee and tea, a watery liquid yoghurt, decent pastries and bread, unimpressive scrambled eggs. Our request for more drinking water at breakfast was grudgingly fulfilled as it was 5 minutes past the ending time for breakfast. The internet worked fine and was included in the price. The price paid of $90 was simply excessive. Had it been $60 a night, it would have been a case of you get what you pay for -- though even at that price, I would not return here.
