This place is a decent enough addition to touring the cemetery. You can include a visit to the touch science museum, for a fee. Without children, I would suggest just wandering the hallways and different galleries while enjoying the interior architecture of this building. The place is a bit beat up, makes sense as it's in BA - at least the floors a clean. Make sure to check the event board to the left of the main entry as there is a selection of various art form - all free.
The place as a whole is best wandered about and it doesn't cost a dime.
