We had a truly inspired dinner at Treinta Sillas. The chef creates a new menu each week, and ours was delicious! The atmosphere is cozy, yet interesting. Great wine list with affordable local wines. The garden opens to the Buenos Aires skies (yes, there were stars). We had a spring roll; beet/tomato soup with goat cheese that was delicious (and I don't usually enjoy beets); a beautiful salad; and salmon with yummy mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables;.... followed by a creme brulee that was to die for. Make your reservation today!! We did have a bit of trouble finding the exact address. Fortunately, our concierge helped us ... when we pulled it up on google maps, it showed a location way out of the city. So double-check your directions before you go.
