Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of San Telmo with exceptional restaurant serving feesh daily menu which is very tasty especially if you are tired of all the meat. Rooms are small but clean and beds are comfortable - most important it is quite as the hotel is build inside a patio. Good location if you want to explore San Telmo for a day or two.

Pretty apartment, good location near to the San Telmo market, staff were incredibly helpful - went out of their way to help us, breakfast was delicious, just a shame we were only in Buenos Aires for one night!

We stayed there for 9 days and really enjoyed our staying. The room was neither big nor small but always clean. Most of the people who work there don't speak English but they all make an effort to communicate and help you. The breakfast was fine but nothing special, although the fresh fruits they served were delicious! The location is excellent, and except the plaza Dorrego which is around the corner there is another area a few blocks from the hotel to the direction of plaza del Mayo, which is full of nice bars and restaurants. So if you're staying in this hotel, you can easily have dinner and drinks in the neighborhood and then walk back to your room easily and safely. And all that in a budget price!

We spent three nights there in Februray. It is a nice small and rather new hotel with a great location in San Telmo. Famous Sunday San Telmo market is behind the corner.
Standard rooms are small, but we had a loft and it was great, bathroom was very small, but it was clean. The whole room was clean, nicely decorated, there is a safe in the room, AC. All in all it makes good impression. There is a restaurant with a great atmosphere and it was every night full.
Good restaurants and bars are very close, the only problem is just that it is not to safe to wander around in the night.
Breakfast is basic, but ok, they serve very good coffee.
Late check out (we could keep one room till seven in the evening) was not a problem at all. Staff is polite and friendly. There is no reception, but this doesn´t make a problem. Wi-fi works good and it is free of charge.
We felt good there and we certainly recommend it.

We thought the space was fairly small but very funky in its layout. Lofty type bedroom with mini kitchenette. It was quite quiet too and it a great location for night market on Sunday -- right near the square. The only downside was a bit of a pee-smelling loo (but not their fault I am sure --- city plumbing probably), AND, when we were at breakfast, we asked the super nice guy serving us if we could check out late (since we were leaving that day and our flight was not till later). He happily agreed which rocked since we had a big long haul back to Vancouver. Then, when my husband was bringing his bags through at about 3pm, he ran into the manager who is obviously very cranky that we were still there. Fortunately nice breakfast boy was there to talk to her and let her know that he had said it was OK. Not a nice ending though!
