Very warm welcome. When we arrived, they gave us an excellent, fresh lemon juice. Free cake in the afternoon. Rooms are giant and very clean. Very good beds. Very calm. Excellent breakfast.
Very luxurious interior. Very cosy.

In my last visit to Buenos Aires, I decided to try something different and found this hotel through Tripadvisor: what a great experience! So if you don't need a huge reception and conference rooms, this place is certainly worth of trying. First, the staff is very friendly and helpful! This boutique hotel is located in an old building and this is respected in a warm decoration. My room was big and the decoration well established using warm tones and wood. The bathroom was huge: a big shower, a jacuzzi tub, double sinks and all the amenities you need. Perfect! The only problem I had with the room was that it was located at the first floor and facing to street, so at night the noise from the street was a bit disturbing.
At the fourth floor, the hotel has a cute terrace and a tiny, but bright gym.
The breakfast was another weak point since it is good, but too laborated! You order from a list and get fruit salad with 8 pieces of fruit, the yogurt was over-sweet foam and the only meat cut they had to offer for my bread was dried jabali. Everything was good, but a bit strange for breakfast. The restaurant atmosphere is cozy and the service very attentive. Additionally, for room service they provide the same menu as in their restaurant, and must admit that one night when I tried it, I got a delicious and warm dish with excellent choice of red wine!
In general, the hotel is great, especially for their price value relationship. The location is great and the hotel can really provide you a pampering experience. I would certainly use this hotel again, and already recommended it further.

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper, try to get a room from the yard side.

I stayed one night in Hub Porteño with my wife and we fell in love of the place. They promise that the hotel will make you feel like home, and this is what they do.
First of all, the entire place is completely unbranded, no front desk, a personalized service and, something interesting... everything in your room's fridge is yours (except the alcohol.) This last detail is not about saving money, it's about comfort. In any room you got a Nespresso coffee machine and you're able to drink all you want, without thinking about pay for it, the same for the water, sodas, "alfajores", chocolates,... everything. It's just a great detail, because it is used to have to pay a 50 bucks Avian water (think that you can buy it for 15 in a regular grocery.
Another great thing is the breakfast... is outstanding... they serve the breakfast in your room (or if you want you can go to the restaurant of the place)... it's inverted!
The breakfast is a dream. Molecular stuffs, traditional food, great coffee and more.
Hub has one of the best restaurants in Buenos Aires, Tarquino... but this is part of the experience in this boutique and exquisite hotel... it's a must!

Room Tip: Each one is like an apartment!

My husband and I stayed at the HUB for the night of our wedding and we could not have asked for more! The hotel is gorgeous and very chic, with even a decadent scenting throughout. We had a beautiful room and huge bathtub to soak in, which was a treat after a full night of dancing! I also found the hotel staff amazing, helpful and super understanding. Of course the day of the wedding is always chaotic - and I had actually forgotten any form of id or payment... They let me set up in the room anyways (to get ready for the big event) and get them the necessary items later. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't been so awesome. The location is perfect for experiencing Buenos Aires, and the restaurant amazing as well.

This unique eleven room hotel is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, around the corner from the Park Hyatt, a block away from the Cesar Park Hotel and the luxurious shopping of Patio Bullrich. The staff are quite helpful, though be aware that given the small size of the hotel, there are limited staff which at times means waiting for attention. The breakfast was the only real disappointment as service was slow, food came out in inconsistent spurts and even mundane items such as toast differed in quantity and size from day to day. The included Wi-Fi is a nice touch, Rooms are spacious and well appointed, if a bit eclectic in decor. Another quirky feature is that HVAC can only be turned ON or OFF in the room, all other features are centrally controlled despite the location of a multivariable thermostat in each room.

Room Tip: Given its size, all rooms are nice, but if you can score an upgrade to the suite with its own terrace and spa, that would be a nice plus.
