I chose the Palermo Tower based on the reviews I read knowing that I wanted to stay in Palermo. My wife and I stayed here for five days and it was wonderful. From the initial greeting when you arrive until you leave, the staff is so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious, attractive and well-designed with extensive closets, very comfortable beds, very handy kitchenette, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate rainfall shower. The complimentary morning breakfast includes a small buffet as well as cook to order omelets, french toast, bacon, potatoes, etc. It was a nice part of every morning to chat with fellow guests while we tried new omelets with our fruit and coffee. Because our Spanish is weak, the concierge services provided 24/7 were so helpful for reservations and taxis; we always felt well-served and secure. While taxis were relatively inexpensive, we wanted to use/experience local mass transit and this hotel has a great location two and a half blocks from the D line subway station and four and a half blocks from the bus stop for the #67 bus. The D line takes you to the Bulnes shopping center, the 9th of Julio obelisk, or the centro (Cathedral, Gallerias Pacifico, the mothers march, the port dike hotels/restaurants, etc.). The 67 bus takes you to the major museums, the university, the Recolleta cemetery, the zoo, the gardens, etc.). and can be caught at the obelisk when you are in centro as well as near the hotel. All in all this hotel is wonderful and great value for the cost. I highly recommend for couples or families.

This was our first stay at Palermo Tower but it will not be the last. We went for our son's wedding, and chose the hotel because of other reviews and its location near our son's apartment. We were not disappointed. The room was comfortable and bright with lots of storage. The staff was wonderful -- friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. We arranged a taxi through the hotel to get us to and from the airport, and that arrangement worked out great (I don't know if all the drivers are as nice as Manuel, but if you get him you will be lucky). The breakfast buffet is small but very high quality, with a variety of cook-to-order dishes. All in all, this hotel has a very personal feel, and we felt well taken care of. Due to a medical issue we had to delay our arrival one day, and the staff was able to make the changes with no extra charges for the stay. In previous visits, we had stayed at large American chain hotels, but we have a new first choice in Buenos Aires.

Room Tip: I don't know about all the rooms, but ours was at the back on the 4th floor and was very quiet.

This was my second hotel in Buenos Aires. I must say -i wish I hadn't made any other bookings and just stayed here for all of my five weeks of BA. Wonderful hotel. Awesome staff. Extremely helpful. Clean rooms. Good bed. Small kitchenette. Free water bottle daily. Good breakfast. Deserves to be one of the best hotels. Definitely recommended.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Buenos Aires. The Location is great as it walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has a very upscale feel and is one of the safest and most desired areas in all of Buenos Aires. I was on a leisure trip travelling with my wife and our young baby and we stayed at Palermo Towers for 12 nights. The staff was very humble and accommodating and all spoke perfect English. Some of the thoughtful conveniences which really made our stay enjoyable were the kitchenettes (microwave, mini fridge and cook-top) and a beautiful pool with views of the city on the 8th floor which also had a small laundry room adjacent to the pool area. While the hotel does not have a full restaurant, we loved the fresh coffee, charcuterie, delicious fruits and incredible staff that prepares fresh pastries as well as cook to order custom eggs and omelettes every morning. We cannot wait to come back to this beautiful, charming hotel!!

The hotel is really great. The staff was amazing, really helpful, intelligent and kind. Room was clean, large, well-equipped and quite. Really good sleeping there. Close to hotel there are perfect restaurants; staff will recommend anything for your taste. It was my first time in Buenos Aires and definitely I would return to this hotel.

Hotel is not big, so remember to book room in advance.

Cute, Clean, Great Service. The staff all speak English if that is a requirement of yours and it is near all the restaurants and bars as well as near the Palermo subway stop if you need to get around the city. The breakfast is light and good and the roof top terrace and first floor terrace are nice spaces. The staff is not in your face telling you where to go but at the same time are very helpful if you have questions or want to make a reservation somewhere. They also helped my mom find a salon and a few yoga places as well. I guess the only thing I can fault is that the balcony door locks automatically (luckily we didn't learn this from personal experience) and guests in the past have locked themselves on to their balcony.

What makes Palermo Tower really shine is the staff - they are intelligent, friendly and very professional. Not your run-of-the-mill hotel staff. As others have said on rooms - clean, spacious, well equipped, nice bedding, quiet (I am a light sleeper and the train sounds that one guest mentioned never bothered me). I was a little leery about the location, as when I looked at maps, it seemed to be away from the heart of Palermo (Soho) - BUT, this is not the case!! We ended up liking the "Hollywood" neighborhood much better than to more cutsy Soho area. The Palermo Tower is actually better located, closer to good eats, and felt safer to walk at night. Yes, the sidewalks can be hazardous, anywhere in South America! We absolutely hope to stay there again! Be sure to plan at LEAST 3 nights, better 5 or 6 to get to know the city a bit!

Room Tip: Rooms are all good, one side faces the court yard, which might be a little more quiet, but the other...
