“Great find in Palermo !”
Reviewed 9 August 2014

Did not expect to find this awesome place. I agree with others as the portions are large & the price is right. The spicy sauce the fish came with was different but really good. Not sure what else they serve but can't go wrong with the fish & chips here !!! well done & will return next trip

“Great Fish & Chips-large portions”
Reviewed 2 July 2014 via mobile

We decided to get a late lunch here mid-week. After reading a recommendation in Time Out magazine.
We weren't that hungry so got a fish and chips to share with mushy peas and spicy curry sauce. We were pleased we did. The portion was very large, there was plenty for 2. The spicy curry sauce was delicious.
Service was very quick but we were the only people in there at 3:30pm.
They also do take away!!

“Yummy fish and chip goodness in Buenos Aires”
Reviewed 22 March 2014

Living in Buenos Aires there is only just so much steak and pizza one can eat. I was really excited to find a proper fish and chips shop very near where I live. I especially really enjoy the how small and intimate the place is and the outdoor dining is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a lovely evening with friends. The fish and chips for me are spot on beautifully prepared and the portion size is quite sufficient. As an extra bonus they have curry sauce (other sauces as well but right now I can still only think about the curry sauce) and mushy peas. The menu has a large variety of different types of fish and seafood prepared different ways though for me I am completely hooked on the fish and chips (craving it right at this very moment). The owners and staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and take care of everything down to the smallest detail to make sure your dining experience is enjoyable (a bit different than most restaurants in Buenos Aires). This is a for sure definite must visit restaurant in Buenos Aires......go, enjoy, and don't forget to order dessert, you will not be disappointed.

“ Crunchy tasty goodness.”
Reviewed 5 March 2014 via mobile

Friendly and welcoming owners (she is irish and he is argentinian) and staff. The crust of the fried cod is perfect, as well as its thickness, allowing those that prefer, like myself, to crack open the crunchy dough and have a well seasoned steamed-like cod. "It's all in the batter", they say. If so, Chipper nailed it. Totally worth it.
