“Tranquility in the middle of the city”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 November 2012

Despite being so close to the city this is a great area to come to relax. The water gives you that feeling of tranquility that allows you to sit and watch the world go by. Nearby are the rose gardens which are worth a walk around. Or you can roller skate or you can picnic or you can hire a boat to pedal your way around the lakes. Best of all is to take some bread to feed the numerous bird wildlife that is around. The geese with their goslings dancing for that bread was the funniest free entertainment we've seen in ages.

“Lagos de Palermo: One-of-a -kind place in the middle of the city”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 August 2012

If you are in Buenos Aires, and you like to go running, walking or you simply like to sit and see a lake, Lagos de Palermo is a great place to visit.

ALthough it´s located in the city, you´ll have the feeling of being isolated from the smog, noise of the city.
It´s great to walk or run early in the morning or in the afternoon.

You can all put this spot on your to do list.
Best!
Sandra

Palermo has the biggest parks and lakes in the city. It's a great place to walk and relax and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.

“The biggest park in BA”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 February 2012

This could be the equivalent of the Central Park in Buenos Aires. You can go cycling, rollerblading, running or just spend a day in the sun. You'll see lots of people drinking mate and you can take a ride in a boat and see the rose garden.
