A friend who had visited Buenos Aires recommended this tour and, on that basis, my husband and I booked a half day tour. Like others here, I feel that that this was an excellent tour. We saw the site of the bombing of the Israeli consulate, the Jewish downtown neighborhood, a synagogue and the Jewish community center, that had been the subject of a bombing itself, with many casualties. My husband and I got a real feel for Jewish life in BA. Salito knows his community; this isn't just "see this or that"--there is a running personal, heartfelt commentary. Agree with a prior comment that on the expensive side, but the tour is by private car with pick up at the hotel and drop off at the museum or hotel in a major city, which should be factored into the equation.

We took the 1/2 day tour with Salito Gutt, who was recommended by friends of ours. It was interesting and informative, and Salito did a great job! His personal stories and in depth knowledge enhanced the experience.
