So many nice things have been said about this property that I can only confirm that they are accurate. Great location, nice rooms and good service from the staff. They even called to find out if there is anything else they can do to make our stay more comfortable which is rare nowadays. Breakfast spread is good and wifi is free with strong signals.

I can not say enough about this wonderful hotel. Filled with the loveliest and most professional staff, gorgeous first-class restaurants, an art gallery, a gym and spa area to die for - this is the perfect place to stay during your time in Argentina.
From a business perspective - the WiFi is reliable and there are plenty of meeting places for you and your colleagues to work from.
From a travelling perspective, this hotel is in a lovely and safe neighbourhood flanked by a stunning indoor mall and near all the main roadways to get you from A-Z.
All the amenities you could want and more.
We love it here!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of our trip to Argentina, Chile and Brazil. It was in a great location with a comfortable room. We were greeted by friendly staff who took us to our room. We would have liked to have been told more about the hotel and what was available to us there but they didn't. We enjoyed lovely views from their restaurant looking onto the garden and grounds. Their cocktails and light snacks were very tastey and the service was good along with the buffet breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed walking around the palace part to see the amazing architecture.

We stayed here for one night and I must say that the palace is spectacular and gives a great impression of this beautiful city. Our room was in the new wing and the room was nicely appointed but did feel dark as there is only one rather small window and due to our low floor there was not much natural light in the room. The bathroom is very big and the bed is comfortable. However I was happy we were only there for one night before we moved to the Four Seasons.
However the staff is what makes this hotel very very good. I would especially like to mention Jimena and Constanza from the concierge desk. They were absolutely perfect and gave great recommendations and managed to get restaurant reservations at last minute notice. They were very knowledgable which is what you really want from a concierge and they also were honest about what was a tourist trap and what was really worthwile seeing. I really cannot fault them and they made a rather average hotel stay memorable.
