I would not recommend the hotel. It is in a desperate state, the rooms are practical, but far from nice, and it is very loud at night because of the club across. All the photos I have seen do not reflect what it really is like, also not breakfast etc. There must have been a change of owner or some other change recently that let this hotel really go down the drain. Only positive is that after our complaints, they transferred us to their other hotel around the corner, which was not fantastic, but a decent place to stay.

Best part of this hotel is the location. It's right in the heart of Palermo Soho! Walking distance from lots of bars and action. We got upgraded to a suite which was great. It was clean. The beds were good. It had a mini fridge and microwave. The service was friendly and helpful.
The bad part was it was a bit noisy so better to ask to be on a higher floor or maybe in the back. We also had a few problems like the balcony door didn't close. But they sent a handyman right away. The safe is not safe. You can just pick the little thing up and walk away with it.
Still overall I would stay here again!

This is a terrific place to stay. If you want to be in Palermo Soho, which I completely recommend (so vibrant and fun), the location is perfect. We had a Junior Suite with balcony overlooking the back courtyard, which was ideal for our family of three (we could sit outside while our son napped in the afternoon, very nice). The two room unit was comfortable, had very good light and met all our needs (walls are a little thin but this was a problem only once and quickly fixed). The small kitchenette was a nice bonus. The staff were pleasant and helpful and accommodated a few extra requests with absolute ease . Breakfast was good by Argentine standards. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip and would definitely book again if ever in Buenos Aires.

We stayed here for a night before leaving Argentina, on a suite.
This place is very nice. The rooms are clean, large, there is wifi in the room (not only in the lounge), bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space to put our things.
Location is the best, you are in the heart of Palermo Soho, (2 blocks from La Viruta great Tango venue).
The lounge areas are also very nice and comfortable. Staff were nice (as 90% of the ppl in Argentina I have to say).
I would definitely stay here again.

Nice decor in the lobby, in a trendy part of the city. We stayed here with our two kids and what I liked best was the space. I thought we were going to be all in one room, but turned out there was two bedrooms, and then a couchy-kind-of-bed in the living room so we all had our separate space at night. I did not find the staff overly helpful, compared to in many parts of Argentina, but they were fine. Located right near Calden, a great restaurant.
Although the hotel says there is a gym, I did not see one in the area with the sign. Also, the hot tub is not really a hot tub, but a cold pool. The girls loved it though!
