hesitant to reserve at a hotel restaurant but surprise!, the cuisine was excellent, the prices competitive, not the elevated prices for tourists. Light despite dishes that sounded like winter fare (it being summer and very hot): beef stew, fish with blue cheese sauce etc. But we've returned twice and not a miss. Ceviche just right (better than Palermo's Sipan, sorry to say), crispy large shrimp - light and fresh; well cooked brotola fish (ordered sauce on side to be safe) with tasty spinach/squash souffle. Granita to cleanse the palate after the main course --nice touch. Service friendly and the right tone, unpretentious but correct.
