Even discounting the fact that authentic recipes were not used at all, the food tasted horrible. Flavours were not balanced. Some dishes (such as the green curry) was way too salty while other dishes were plain bland. Coming from Australia, where Thai food is high in quality and abundant, we were hoping for a spicy kick. However, very little spices were used. All four dishes were monotonous, boring, bland.
The chef is Argentinian, not Thai. The waitress told us he had apparently visited Thailand during his time. Our Thai friend who dined with us confirmed that the food is not even close to the real thing.
