Apparently the motel was saved...good idea to verify reservations - if the phone is even working.

this isn't really somewhere you'd stay for more than a night on the way somewhere, and we found it quite acceptable. The restaurant next door serves reasonable food, and it's great to walk to the spectacular bridge over the Colorado.

A great place to have a last sleep in a bed before heading off to put in at Lees Ferry and head down into the Grand Canyon. Rooms are simple and comfortable, you can pick up some of those last minute items at the Trading Post and the restaurant is simple, good food that is relatively inexpensive.

Take a walk to look over the edge into the GC and also down to the Navajo Bridge.

On our trip from the Grand Canyon to Zion, we wanted to stay in Page, but since the road was closed and the alternate route was a huge time loss, we decided to go through Marble Canyon. After driving many miles without any accommodation, it was getting dark and we were so glad to find this lodge!
The price for the room was fair. The room had a kitchen with fridge and a little bar. It was clean and also the bathroom was OK.
We could do our laundry there and eat in the restaurant right beside the lodge. They serve really good burgers.
The night was not so comfortable, since the fridge was so loud and we woke up several times.
All in all a pleasant stay for a night in the middle of nowhere.

We had stayed at the Lodge some years back and were not prepared for the sight of our hotel apartment at Marble Canyon. It was beyond anything I have ever seen in a hotel room. There were nails sticking out of the futon in the living room, the curtains in the bedroom were so tattered they were just rags, the bed was so uncomfortable, the whole apt. had a crummy dirty feel to it. I was so embarrassed to bring my friends from Europe to this place but it was too late in the day to travel on. What a shame to let this motel deteriorate so badly! If you can help it DON'T stay there!

Room Tip: Be sure to book way another motel in Marble canyon way ahead of your time of travel!!

With a rafting trip down the Canyon beginning at Lees Ferry we didn't want to fly in on the same morning so opted to stay here for one night. The room was much more spacious than I expected and was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a very pleasant meal in the restaurant which came with a 'help yourself' soup and salad bar for the big appetites. A bonus for us was the well equipped shop which had all the things we might have forgotten for our ten days in the Canyon. We walked down to the bridge over the river in the morning and watched condors as the sun rose to tint the Vermilion Cliffs. Lovely; we were well pleased with our stay.

We booked in under the name Lafferty. When we arrived, the place looked a little scary, large boulders had fallen off the canyon walls and were strewn around the property. When we went in, the first thing we saw was old carpeting, tattered curtains, Harvest Gold Appliances, unmade beds, dirty towels and washcloths and rubbish in the wastebaskets. When the desk heard this they asked if we had seen a brown truck, ( the cleaning lady) but we had not, so they said they gave us that room by accident and gave us another apt. to look at. That one was not made up either. I took a few pictures and we got a refund, and drove on to Springdale, Utah.
