We stayed here for our honeymoon. Gave us a large room but was old and not what we saw in the pictures. We wanted luxery since it was our honeymoon night. So we went to the desk and they have a new section and an old section.They switched our room but only had handicap available wasn't as bad. Not fancy but not bad. They offered us some game play to comp us for our dissapointment. Then was looking forward to the swimming pool cause it was a hot weekend and they were renovating the pool. Nothing was said on the internet or were we told when we made reservations. So no pool side activity another dissapointment. The only good thing was the buffet. It was crab leg night and I am not a seafood person but it was fabulous. We got in line early thank god cause the line to get in was out the front door. Oh I forgot to say another customer said there wifi wasn't working while we were there and they just told him it would be down for a few days. I personally will never stay here again. Dissapointed.

Room Tip: Make sure you request a new room on the newer side of the hotel.

The room was new and very swish - very comfy bed, huge shower head and all very clean and welcoming. Also, great wi-fi in the room.

An additional bonus was signing up to the casino's total rewards programme - not only did we get $20 of free slots (between the two of us), but also, and more yummyly, a free buffet. And what a buffet! Huge range of really well cooked food, and helped turn the $90 rate for the room into a very reasonable price. We were impressed!

Noticed some of the other reviews complained about different reward 'tiers' getting worse customer service, or having to queue in different lines etc. but we, not being members of 'diamond', 'platinum' or any other tiers found the staff really helpful and friendly, so this wasn't a problem at all.

The rooms were new and clean. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The food at the buffet was really good, they have crablegs on friday and sat. night. The people working were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and would do it again.

Had to pay extra to get room by the pool area and the pool was under construction. Was told that it was on line that the pool was closed ( Not true!) so it was my fault that I did not know that the pool was closed?

Asked for non-smoking room and there were ashtrays with matches in them. When I asked about this they told me that it was all right to smoke out on the room balcony. If you encourage smoking by putting out ashtrays with matches people will smoke in rooms.

We had reservations (7:00PM) at the Range for the Prime Rib and was told that they ran out.
so that ruined my wife's birthday dinner as she loves Prime Rib and was looking forward to it.

They are not Diamond member friendly - The service in the Diamond lounge is very slow and you receive one appetizer and four drinks for 2 people and after you receive this no one comes by your table to ask if you need anything else.

At the buffet they acknowledge other card members over Diamond card members even though you are standing in the line for Diamond members. The Diamond eating area is very bright and noise level is very high.

Hotel front desk and maid service was very friendly and helpful. but they can only do so much to overcome the incompetency of the food and beverage management.

We stayed for 5 nights and this was not a one time problem.
