We stayed here for a week for a conference. The good news is that as advertised it is a very central location, the linens were clean, and the rooms were indeed cleaned well every day. Free WiFi worked easily and efficiently in our room.Outside of that...
- the "down" button in the elevator never lit up. We had no idea if the elevator would even come
-some of the other buttons in the elevator did not light up - do they work or not
-often during "rush hours" one of the two elevators was often blocked off. This made for long waits in a 9-story hotel.
- most of the staff don't understand or speak English, but those who did were very helpful
- there is a notice in the room that it is forbidden to bring food into the room
- there was rust around the sink faucets
- when we opened the curtains the first time the curtain rod became detached from the wall
-the carpet in the very dank, and occasionally smelling of mildew, hall was clearly laid on top of a narrower rug
- there were many signs of peeling paint and wet walls throughout the hotel
- when we asked for two keys (real keys - no magnetic cards) they didn't have another set to give us
- no safe in the room
-no refrigerator or minibar in the room
In short it appeared that the hotel had not been refurbished since it had been built (guessing 40-50 years ago), and it looks and feels just that - old and tired.

Very old, careless, there is not minibar, there is not air conditioning for each room.
I felt insecure because it is all carpeted, with poor electrical installations. Smoking is allowed in the rooms (have ashtrays). The floor beneath the carpet is made of wood and makes a lot of noise when people walk through the halls. You can hear everything from other rooms, almost impossible to sleep peacefully.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel was fairly old and showed signs of ageing- but was still very comfortable and good hot shower. Central location and I thought the breakfast was awesome!! Argentina breakfasts are very standard across all hotels across the country. This was good with an awesome fresh cut fruit salad and toast and ham and cheese and fresh juice. This is above standard for hotels like this.
But wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again.

Room Tip: stayed in room 815- twin share. the room was okay

Very convenient central location and therefore good for a one night visit. However the rooms and corridors are rather gloomy, and the place overall has a dated, past its best feel to it. Worth checking to see if there are better alternatives.

we booked online for this place and got some kind of deal where the price was about 30 USD less than the rack rate so book online.

It's a traditional chain hotel although nicely done. the rooms are clean, comfortable and big and you have all the amenities that you'd expect from a chain including a gym and swimming pool (apparently... we didn't use them.)

we'd stayed in the same chain in Rosario and the hotel there had an amazing buffet breakfast. we were expecting the same here but were disappointed. standard bland argentinian fare greeted us in the morning.

so all in all good but get your breakfast somewhere else.

Stayed here for four nights in late August, in a double matrimonial on the 2nd floor. The recepcion area, restaurant, bar and lounge look very nice and stylish, and the location is just about unbeatable. Plaza San Martin, shopping, main sights one or two blocks away, and nightlife (Nueva Cordoba) a few more blocks the other way. Room was ok, with sink in the actual bedroom, and bidet, toilet and shower/tub in the bathroom. Floor of our bathroom was not tiled, but the shower was the best (pressure and temperature wise) we've had during these five weeks of travelling! We even had a large terrasse outside our room, with a table and two chairs. (Too bad it was winter, but we had some store-bought tapas out here on one occasion...)

Breakfast is ok for three stars (but where´s the fruit?), and staff is helpful, but somewhat cold.

All over, a decent stay for the price.
