The location of the hotel is exceptional! We had a room on the 3th floor with view on the wonderful fals. We saw monkeys, tucans and koatis near the hotel. The service in the hotel is very good. Also the food in the bar and the restaurant is excellent. If you have the possebility, you have to book this hotel!

This is certainly NOT a 5-star hotel - it's a solid 3-star quality hotel. It's location is great, but just don't go expecting luxury.

Our first room had ants on the bed and a broken A/C. :( We were moved to a higher level floor with a nicer view of the falls. That was great. What was not great in our new room was the sewer hole next to the toilet. When you would wash your hands, flush the toilet, or take a shower (basically anything to do with running water), the hole would start smelling really really bad! We called the front desk about it and they sent in a maid to pour clorox or something down the hole. Didn't really help very much, but we realized it was something we probably just had to live with. Pretty nasty.

The free breakfast was nice, the staff was all really nice, and the downstairs restaurant served good food.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Our room had a "superior falls view" and the view was spectacular. The room was spacious and clean with a huge, comfy bed and sliding glass doors that opened up onto a big balcony with an unbeatable view of the falls. We even slept with the door ajar so we could hear the roaring of the falls. The hotel itself was bright and airy and the bar/restaurant upstairs let us sit as long as we wanted, sipping our wine and admiring the view. All the hotel employees were gracious and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back down to Iguazu!

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room with a view of the falls!

When going to Iguazu falls, there is no better place to stay than the Sheraton. A hotel that is walking distance from the falls and offers gorgeous views of one of the natural wonders of the world. What else could you ask for!!!

We were upgraded to a suite and the views from the room were amazing. Watching the sun rise on the falls and with birds like toucan in our balcony, the experience was incredible. At night, we could hear the falls in the room and there is something soothing about falling asleep to the sound of water flowing.

The hotel is far from any other civilization and so dining options are limited to the hotel restaurants. This can be challenging for vegetarians due to limited number of options in the menu. However, the breakfast is not to be missed. They had a wide range of options and the potato cakes were the best I have had.

Room Tip: Make sure to get a room facing the falls.

First off, the location of this hotel is incredible! I read the reviews and there were some complaints saying the hotel needed to be updated. I have no idea what they're talking about? The hotel was immaculate, modern and very bright, with tremendous windows throughout the lobby facing the falls. We stayed in room 138 which was a "superior falls view" room. Big balcony, clean, great bathroom and a very comfortable king bed!
Of course I booked the hotel purely for the location, but it was 5 star all the way!

Location perfect. You can walk to the argentina side, close to the airport and the view from the bar is stunning. Rooms had everything we needed. We ate both nights in the bar area. Was surprised how reasonably priced it was and food was good, big portions. Perfect for a fall trip. I could just sat on patio looking at view all day

This place is perfect for a visit to the falls. We woke up in the morning to two toucans in the tree outside our room, it was magical. You can walk through the falls at your own pace, go back for lunch and go out again, its very convenient. A cute little souvenir shop onsite (cash only!).
Breakfast was yummy, especially the pastries with the jam and custart, I went back for seconds. Dinner was alright, nothing to write home about. Lunch at the bar was great. I would rather eat at the bar than the restaurant. The staff are lovely, especially at reception. Received the warmest of welcomes, wish i could remember the name of the young man with impeccable service. The view from the bar (and the restaurant now that i think of it) is second to none. It is hard to believe that the fall are right there.
Tea was served piping hot, just how i like it. Delicious. We only stayed one night but would like to have stayed at least two, this is an ideal place to wind down and romance it up a little.
Anyone going to the Argentina side of the falls i would recommend staying here. Value for money. The room was lovely, huge king size bed, very very comfortable. Nice shampoo, which is hard to find in some hotels. Very well stocked bar fridge. Hotel has a couple of very cosy quiet areas for you to use. One area in particular made us feel like we were in our own lounge room at home (but nicer). Love this place

Room Tip: We did not pay for fall view as we were going to visit it all day, and you can view from most areas...
