This hotel is a bit far from city center, but suitable if you are traveling by car (there is onsite parking). The property seems to have been renovated and is pleasantly decorated. Rooms are large and well equipped. Breakfast could improve.

An excellent three star experience. We arrived at 3pm and were greeted by Juan with a welcome smile and a helpful attitude. We asked to see a couple of rooms amd were shown 3 choices, we selected room 111 with an excellent view of the pool area and well kept garden. Small bathroom but adequate. We requested more hangers and an extra chair and Juan was speedy and delivered things with a smile. Also he prepared a couple sandwiches for us since the kitchen was closed when we arrived. The breakfast is good, the same every day but remember you are in a three star hotel. Sergio our waiter was polite, helpful and always willing to please, we had lunch and dinner at the restaurant everyday and the food was always good. We are very satisfied with this hotel, it has a nice small gym and a very pretty pool area. No problem with wifi service. We want to thank Juan, Sergio and Mary for their help and sincere friendly service.

Room Tip: Romm 111 great pool & garden view

Sadly this hotel does not live up to the photographs. The receptionist was friendly and check in quick, our room was quite large, we asked for a twin but got a triple room, there are stairs in the down from the bathroom. The room smelt of damp, the skirting boards were swollen, and the air conditioner dripped water on to the floor. The pool had green bits floating in it so avoided it. The spa was closed down though you could have a look into it. We decided to sit by the pool. The grass was very long and the whole area from the broken glass over the door leading to the pool area from the bedrooms , seemed totally neglected. Our toilet flush was broken, the engineer was on the job right away. The restaurant food was not nice, I had chicken, it was very dry, there was one waiter for every one and the service was slow, he explained he had to deliver room service. There are no restaurants in walking distance or so we were told by reception, wish we had taken a taxi ride into town. Breakfast was quite a large buffet, but nothing spectacular. There is wifi free in the rooms. Thankfully we only booked for one night.

conveniently located near the aiport and the room was large but beyond that not much I can add to compliment this hotel. The room smelt of damp and the swimming pool needed cleaning very badly. The breakfast was reasonablle and had dinner in the resturante one night and wish I had not.

My husband and I intended to go to Salta, so we booked this hotel while planning our trip. As soon as we booked we saw that Matei Posadas Hotel & Resort was cheaper and nicer. Right away we cancelled our room (refundable) and booked Matei. Too late. Even though it was minutes after, and I really mean minutes, they had already charged us. Although we got the refund, we'll have to pay for the taxes and difference in currency exchange. Too bad. That had never happened to us before. So my advice: think twice before booking, because they will charge you right away.
