“Good Value and Location, But Food Runs Out at Breakfast”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 March 2013

My boyfriend and I stayed here after our Antarctica cruise, and we were surprised that 12 other people from the same cruise also stayed at this hotel on the same nights. The hotel is walking distance to the town and to the bus stop that take you to the falls. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were nice and did our laundry on site for a very reasonable cost. We got to use their computer in the lobby for free to check the internet. The only criticism that we had is that they didn't put enough food out at breakfast. Food ran out quick, and although they kept replenishing the food, too many people were eating at the same time, so the food was taken as soon as it was put out.

My husband and I just stayed there four nights. We had a cabin across the street from the main facility, located in a pretty little garden. It was comfortable, very private and quiet, with its own sitting area out front. The main building has a beautiful tropical garden and a nice little pool with a pretty sitting area surrounded by plants. The management is extremely friendly and helpful. When they found out that we were celebrating a special anniversary, they brought us a bottle of bubbly with two champagne flutes and a greeting card.

Wi Fi is excellent all over the main building but less so in the cabins across the street but that was not a big deal for us. They are going a little over board with kitschy/cutesy decorations but that is a minor point.

Good location with respect to restaurants, shops and the bus station. Quiet residential street.

It was a good experience.

We were 5 friends (3 singles, one couple) and rented a bungalow. It had 2 rooms, one with a large double bed and one with three single beds. It had one bathroom.

This place is perfect for visiting the Argentine side of Iguazú Falls. You can get a taxi close by that will take you directly there. We got charged $25 pesos per person, but be careful, the driver wanted to charge us $30 pesos when we got there.

Location is great. You can easily walk to the main avenue. They recommend "inexpensive" restaurants on Ave. Brasil, these places have great live music at night. Take a walk and see what you hear and like. They also recommended pricier places on Ave. Cordoba. We liked the places on Ave. Brasil better.

The Wifi was a little weak in our rooms, we were situated across the street from the reception, so we would have to walk across to the dining area to check email and stuff. The breakfast was very good, pastries, toast, fresh fruits, coffee and fruit juices. Good value for money.

Room Tip: Get a room near the reception area (not across the street) if you want good Wifi reception.

We spend in this hotel 3 nights for 300US$, and that was not cheap price... the room look like sauna - wooden walls, but thanks to air conditioning it was not so hot inside, and sauna was outside:)
Breakfast was, well, simple. Very simple.
There was good supermarket in the vicinity. Wi-fi was working very bad in our room (and only in US standard) - dissapointment.
Good accomodation for few nights, not for longer time.

Room Tip: maybe not bungalow on 1st floor - not good with luggage

Good location with very helpful staff. Nice rooms however the bathroom was not cleaned properly and the pool needed some attention. Standard Argentine breakfast with pastries and some fruit. Wi-fi only works in common areas.

We booked this accomodation via Agoda and got an absolute bargain, £25 a night. We stayed in the hotel rooms which were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The tv was huge and had all the usual cable channels. The shower was always hot and the aircon worked perfectly. Breakfast was basic but did the job until lunch time. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a good clean option for a visit to Iguazu Falls and the swimming pool was lovely. However, breakfast for us later risers who made it to the restaurant half an hour before it finished, was a meagre disappointment. There was nothing left and the staff had disappeared. It was pathetic and happened every morning.

We stayed in one of the newer rooms, which was very nice, but the electrics were all over the place. When we turned the lights off at night the lightbulbs were flashing like something out of a horror movie. The staff didn't really solve this during our stay, but we just took the lightbulbs out in the end!

To their credit, after some discussion, the staff did give us a refund for the lack of service during our stay.
