If you've never had a pasty, you need to do it.

A hot pocket on steroids, this is a well prepared meal contained in a pastry shell. My wife had the Shepard's Pie and I had the chicken Tikka Masala; These were basically a luncheon portion of a meal all wrapped up in a delicate pastry. And even better, the preparation, taste and sauces were as well done as as any Irish or Indian restaurant.

I also had a cup of soup---a blend of mushrooms, walnuts and spinach with some of their fresh, made on site, bread. You could taste every ingredient----it was that good.

Finally, a hot, baked sticky toffee with vanilla ice cream.

This is a must return.

Walking in on a Monday night around 6:00, we weren’t sure what to expect, but the place was full and lively. We were met at the door, welcomed, and seated on an old church pew on one end of a loooong table. Tons of room for our party of five. The menu was expansive and our waitress was friendly and super helpful as four of us had never eaten there before. She went over some things for us to consider, answered questions, and gave us plenty of time and helpful suggestions. Our water glasses never went empty, and the food was there in nice time. Wow…was it good: Shepherd’s Pie for me; others had Oggie Pie, Lamb and Mint, Cajun Chicken, and my daughter-in-law had a wonderful selection from the many vegetarian options. We were impressed with the portion size and the flavors. The dessert menu looked tempting, but alas, we were too full, but very happy. The consensus was: we’d go back in a heartbeat!

We discovered this place very recently and were very impressed! It's a very nice, laid-back Irish style restaurant, almost like you would picture a local pub in Ireland. Seems like everyone working there is on the "hipster" trend. Lots of beers available, all unique and very good. Now on to the food: AMAZING! It's like a whole meal inside an amazing flaky crust ball! The only thing I wish they had was a side to go with the pasty but it's still amazing by itself. This place is nice to try if you're tired of all your usual spots and want to try something completely different. We loved it!

Nice concept; An English style pub serving Pasties. Excellent selection of UK brews. Try the strongbow Cider! Good selection of pasties made to order, so enjoy your brew since pasties take a while to cook. Very popular spot, can be busy at times.
