The pizza is amazing! Baked to perfection! The glasses for the beverages and the pitchers hark back to the days when going to a traditional pizzeria was an occasion. Sadly, the worn picnic style seating really does need to "tabled" or cleaned alot more throughly. There's that ultra thin level of grease that resides on everything, including the floors. I have always brought my own towel to wipe things down, since their paper napkins are see through thin-- barely enough to use--You need to pile them together to use. Although the wait is a bit longer but definitely worth it. The music is rather loud but festive. They could absolutely use some type of "filler" to occupy the time, otherwise, you'll be bombarded with screaming (both happy and sad) noises from families. I don't have a problem with families having a good time, but keep in mind to keep your children within your view or distance. Usually parents try to keep them around their area, but without defined spaces, such as the long tables, it's hard to see when a child or children are being intrusive. We've encountered both kinds of parents--one where they acknowledge boundaries and others where they think everyone should be watching out for their children. Maybe designating the upstairs area to children would enable parents to keep an eye, but also provide space for the kids to run/dance together. This way, adults can have access to tables without worrying about spilling drinks/pizza. Having rooms to have birthday parties would be a good idea. This brings me to my next suggestion. They have a small arcade and gift shop section that could absolutely be ALOT larger. Some of the items have been sitting there and look aged, discouraging purchasing. The arcade could also be ALOT larger, since the children need more to be occupied while they wait for the pizza. Having themes and other activities while the Organist isn't playing is crucial. It would be nice if Organ Stop published a newsletter months or weekly for families to be able to plan such an outing. Sometimes the line has been so long, that we've had to turn away. They also need to expand their business to accept debit/credit cards. BUT Their pizza this SO GOOD, that I would continue to drive there to pick up a pizza, but sadly, staying to eat there, I'd have to think twice. P.s. I didn't visit the restroom, but I hope for hygenic reasons that those are cleaner than the tables.

The food is very good but the main attraction is the Organ music show. As Canadians we were touched and pleased that the Canadian anthem was played. The Organ is an amazing piece of work and I doubt you will see or hear anything like it again.

We were 3 adults with 6 kids between 6mo. and 7yrs. and had a great time! The kids were dancing and some of the music gave me happy goosebumps!
