Arrived for 2 nights after traveling 33 hours from Alaska, USA. Staff was warm and welcoming, room comfortably & well appointed. Bed was wonderful & extra pillow options saved my neck the second night. Pool was inviting - clean & in the sun. Short walk to town but that fit our exercise niche daily. Quiet neighborhood made for peaceful nights.

Their rating is high, and once you visit them you understand why!
Kkala is located in the outskirts of Salta, on the hill side, away from the main traffic and noise of the city. Within walking distance of the city center, in a very residential area, not having a car is not a problem.
We have been there on two separate visits and stayed in two different rooms, both very nice, spacious and stylishly designed. All details are top grade. The staff attention is superb, probably among the best in Argentina,
The breakfast is more than complete, cooked, baked products, fruit salad, the view from the breakfast room is superb.
The pool is a very nice add on, after long days of travelling and visits in the heat and shortage of oxygen, a jump in the pool is what you need before dinner time.
All this well justifies the rate that might be in the high end of Salta accommodation.
Definitely recommended.

Slightly raised on a hill in a peaceful (no dog barking!) leafy suburb (5 minute drive to center).
A charming and exceptionally well-run boutique hotel offering fine views over the town and hills (some rooms) and is really stylish in an eclectic way.
Very good breakfast.
Staff are superb - totally attentive to client needs and absolutely make you feel at home.
A delight, even if pricey.

This is the quintessential boutique hotel -- small, personal, charming, special. The hotel is beautiful, with amazing details at every turn. The location is on a serene hillside in a peaceful neighborhood. Not in the center of things, but we quickly came to value that, and in current pesos, a mere 15 pesos from the center. Service is personal, attentive and very friendly. We can't imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Salta.

This is really an excellent design hotel. Very large and beautiful rooms. We were in the hotel in August and we could swim in the heated swimming pool. We stayed in the Nevado room, with a very beautiful view on the mountains. Good service at breakfast.
