My partner and I were looking for somewhere for dinner, looked on trip advisor and saw this place was number one. We had noticed that Esquel was gastronomically challenged in general and unfortunately this place was no different. The seating was basically in the foyer with guests wandering through. We both ordered a glass of wine and received about half a glass each. Menu was very limited. The food took forever to come out and in the mean time they gave us bread that tasted stale and was freezing cold like it had just come out of the fridge (which it probably had). When the food finally arrived, I had a steak and cheesey potatoes, the steak was well overlooked, dry and tough. The potatoes were raw in the middle. My partner had the lamb stew which was okay but his potatoes were also very undercooked. Needless to say I barely ate any of it and we escaped as soon as possible! For what the food was it was also overpriced. Do yourself a favour and go to La Luna, it might be pub food but at least it's cooked properly!
