“The food here was even as bad as the hotel!”
Reviewed 22 November 2013

we stayed in this terrible hotel and took a lunch when we arrived.
the worst meal we had in our whole vacation!
the tables are dirty and the floor too!!
the staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, expect the hotelmanager, he was ok.
I took the steak and my man the catch of the day,
dry untasty fish and tough steak. the mashed potatoes were the only good thing on our plate.
if you like to eat good food, don't go here!

“AVOID”
Reviewed 18 November 2013

Well the owner (and waitor!) is in the wrong business. We arrived for a lunch at his restaurant nicely located on the beach. We ordered the fish for both of us. It arrived and straight away we were disappointed. The fish was tiny with a few measly fried potatoes. Not worth the money at all!!

So anyway we decided to eat because we were starving. There was no salt on the table or mayonnaise etc so we asked for them. My girlfriend also asked for two glasses for water we had in the bottle. The owner said we could not drink our water on his premises, we had to buy. I understand about drinking your own alcohol on the premises but water no way! That is ridiculous. I said i was drinking my own water. After this he showed his true colours, an arrogant man. we left.

“Friendly and average food”
Reviewed 14 October 2013

We stayed for three nights in the hotel and therefor had threetimes breakfast and dinner.

For breakfast you get a simple but good buffet. We found all we needed.

For dinner it was a bit of a mixed expirience. We had once spaghetti and a piece of meat that were overcooked. But the other day our meal was really delicious.

“Gustavo always has a surprise for us!”
Reviewed 10 July 2013

Once again, we have embarked in Puerto Piramides Restaurant Ribera Marina to eat and leave us a feel of Somellier Gustavo Marina combined for a dinner with a matching wine. His composition was as always a great surprise:
4 Cheese Ravioli with Arugula oil
Sole with potato and leek puree, vegetable wok and classic vinaigrette (Olive and balsamic)
Dessert: Lemon cake with red fruits.

Wine: Siete Fincas Torrontes, 2011, Mendoza
The Ribera Marina, a must if you are in Puerto Piramides. We are looking forward to the next time

“A nice restaurant by the sea.”
Reviewed 10 March 2013 via mobile

The restaurant has a more formal atmosphere compared to other places in Puerto Piramides but it's still casual enough and quite welcoming.

The service is ok and the food is of good quality. Prices are reasonable.

We ate here three times and will not hesitate to come back.
