We had a lovely stay at Greenhouse hostel. It really felt like home to be here. You can just hang around or do a lot of activities. There is a relax atmosphere and Brian and his staff are wonderful. They know a lot about the area and can help you pretty much with everything. The rooms are the most cozy ever seen and everything is very clean. Most days they have a daily plate so you can join diner any time. And very important: all day good coffee! This is for sure the best hostel I have ever been.

Green house hostel is about 7km out of the dead center of town, closer towards most of the attractions. Which is good as there isn't a lot to do in town anyway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greenhouse. It has a super chilled our vibe and a really big common area downstairs with couches and music playing. People were just happy to hang out and chat. The kitchen is about the biggest I have ever seen at a hostel. The staff are really, helpful and speak excellent English they supplied us with a bus card when we arrived. They frequently put on dinners for people staying at the hostel. The hostel also had a puppy by the name of Frankie who is great fun to play with

We stayed in a double room upstairs with a private bathroom which was excellent and really clean. .

Brian the owner is a good bloke and will do anything to make you feel at home. On the last day he heard we were going to taxi into tone for the bus but he insisted on driving us. Which was really appreciated! I can't recommend this hostel highly enough.

we booked a double room with shared bathroom, and when we arrived were upgraded for free to a double with private room.. this is up on the attic, with plenty of space and a beautiful view of the lake! the hostel is super clean, kitchen is well-equipped and big enough for everyone to cook their meal at night. the atmosphere is what makes this hostel a special place! Brian is very friendly and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. he always puts on great music and the huge common area is alway filled with people and a cool vibe. even though we were disappointed by the town of Bariloche, we were happy to have come here and stayed at the Green House, without a doubt the best hostel we have ever been to!

I reached Bariloche feeling a little despondent with my trip thus far. Greenhouse Hostel, operated by Brian, was the perfect place to recharge and refocus.

The place struck the perfect balance between affording time to interact with other travellers while also offering privacy and space to just chill out if you wanted to.

A wonderful kitchen and living room was spacious, clean, bright and warm and was the perfect place for all of the guests to hang-out and share stories.

I had only planned on spending a few days but I stayed a week and could easily have stayed longer.

Fantastic spot.

I just loved this hostel. All the facilities are really good. Kitchen is big and well furnished. Location for me is amazing (outside the city that in my opinion is not really nice). Supermarket is at 10 min walking so for me wasn't a problem at all.

The wow factor is definitively Brian, the owner...super friendly guy and always ready to give you a hand! I'd definitively go back if in Bariloche.

We found Gree house hostel on hostel bookers first and went to see if it really is like the photos. It's even better! The house is big so all the rooms are very spacious, including the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Brian, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, he gave us loads of information, cards for the bus to use while here (we recharged them if course) and always willing to do anything to make our stay amazing. Extremely good value for money, it's quite cheap actually considering it's perfect. You can cook in the kitchen, it's big and fully equipped. There's a very homey vibe to this hostel, we felt at home here and we will stay here for sure when we come again to Bariloche!

Great kitchen: nice and big, fully stocked. Common area next to it has plenty of places to sit and eat, or just chill on a sofa and read. We got a room with an ensure bathroom. It was on the top floor, had a little mini-kitchenette, and a beautiful view of the lake. Staff was really helpful. They even loaned us a bus card so we wouldn't have to buy one (still had to charge it of course). Great experience. Would highly recommend.
