I spent a week with my parents at Millaqueo, and it was absolutely stunning. We still reflect on it as perhaps the best shared week of our lives! The property is absolutely spectacular - expansive lawn, super secluded, peaceful, bursting with fresh flowers. The rooms are spotless and full of light. I spent many afternoons out on the hotel's private dock, which had an incredible view of the mountains. Martin and Brigitte were lovely hosts - warm, welcoming, attentive, and generally just a pleasure to spend time with. I stayed in Buenos Aires after my parents returned to the U.S. and they were both incredibly generous with their offers to answer any questions I may have. I think about that week at Millaqueo constantly and cannot wait to return one day! I recommend it without reservation.

This is one of the nicest places we saw on our trip. We were welcomed by the owner and then spent the afternoon sharing one of the best coffees we had in South America along with a great wine. The Lodge can be summed up as a great place to share. Be it with friends or your loved one. I highly recommend Millaqueo.

Our week at Millaqueo was remarkable for the many ways we felt ourselves surrounded by beauty: the magnificence of the natural setting rendered us all speechless; the keen aesthetic sensibilities of the hosts were evident in every detail inside and outside of their spectacular eco lodge from the art and furnishings to the gardens; the culinary skills and food presentation of Juan, the house chef, made us look forward to each meal; and the extraordinary charm of Brigitte and Martin was a real joy (they're also beautiful!). They had the unusual ability to be both available for anything we might want while also offering us as much privacy as we wished to have. It was an extraordinarily restorative week. Really perfect...the weather was ideal for swimming in the lake, kayaking, hiking, and the air was pure and crisp. We had a very happy week indeed.

Worm and welcoming couldn't speak any more highly of this place. The owner welcomed us in off the street to have a look through his beautiful house. We sat out on his deck drinking fantastic wine and coffee looking out over the majestic mountain on a beautiful afternoon. If you ever have the chance to visit this place It comes highly recommend.

Villa Tacul is only to be found for those who seek the extraordinary. Hundreds of acres of native forest where you´ll find Lengas, Coihues, Bao Babs, Ñires and Cypresses, and only a handfull of magnificent villas scattered within. Millaqueo is the highlight of he area sitting on a secluded bay of the Nahuel Huapi lake from where you will enjoy the views of the "pre Cordillera de Los Andes". Hosted by Brigitte and Martin, the house is cozy and warm and will make you feel at ease right upon arrival. Is a place where you can relax in privacy, or if you are looking for some activities such as hiking, golfing (great links in the Llao Llao Hotel only five minutes drive), mountain biking or fly fishing Martin will assist you with all the necessary arrangements.
Been there many times year around and I don´t get enough of it.
