No complaints at all. (ok, the bathrooms were a little small) Nice location - quiet neighbourhood but short walk to downtown. Lovely hosts who were happy to help with suggestions and logistics. Nice breakfast.

The Hotel really looks lovely from the outside and very pleasant atmosphere.
Our room was very small and the bathroom even smaller, especially if you have a big pole in the bathroom to maneuver around while climbing in the shower. Breakfast was great; staff really friendly. Good feel place, lovely decorations; very clean.
But would recommend another place if you are a large person seeing size of bathrooms; and if you have mobility problems as hotel is up from the downtown area and requires some fitness to walk up hill and stairs. View from the top floor rooms over the lake is lovely. Road noise in the evening.

Room Tip: front rooms road noise

We stayed at this nice bed and breakfast near the centre of Bariloche but far enough to look like a mountain hut, quiet and cozy for 2 nights and we had the opportunity to appreciate the friendliness of the owners and the good attitude of the staff, always feady to accomodate our needs. Good breakfasts, clean rooms and since we had to catch a bus for Neuken leaving at 3 am we were actually served coffe at 2:30 am without a problem. We would definitely go back when in the area.

The Las Marianas is a family run B&B that shows all the love and care of a home away from home. The rooms are cozy with the very best showers we encountered in Argentina - Awesome water pressure!
This is a great value place accessible to downtown but away from the noise and hub-bub of the overcrowded downtown. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and came to our rescue with sound advice and help when Esquel airport closed and we were at a loss about how to return to Buenos Aires. Their kindness and attentiveness were outstanding.
This is a modest but lovely clean local spot that deserves recognition and support. The food was great, not fancy but tasty, and the service excellent. Carly & Marianna especially were helpful and went above and beyond the call of business to help us to get the most out of our holiday; Marianna's english is commendable. We found it to be just wonderful.

There were very few regrets we had on our travels, however, the decision to stay only one night at this delightful hotel was one. Due to problems with the ash cloud our transfer to Bariloche was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night. Not to worry, Mariana had arranged for a small welcome party to let us in and get us settled. The rooms are cosy and clean, the breakfast is homemade, simple but delicious. Mariana and the staff are fantastic. Prior to our arrival, during our stay and even after, Mariana was only too happy to help you make the most of the trip and make suggestions to help us including ski hire, directions, taxis and where to get the best meal on the mountain!
A real delight in a wonderful location!

Location was good, room was very good, breakfast was excellent, wifi worked well, but the key was the charm of the "Marianas" and the rest of the staff.

I was excited when I saw the Bavarian house with its lovely decor. What a find, I thought, but I soon became disappointed. The room we were given was comfortable but very small. Just enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom was even smaller. You had to juggle around the sink to open the door, and step over the toilet to take a shower. However, worse was the noise. There is no insulation around the doors, walls are thin and everything around is made of wood. Also, keys are the old fashioned large keys with a wooden attachment that clank anytime you want to open or lock your door. At 4 am., someone walked down the wooden stairs and woke me up. As I was attempting to go back to sleep, someone else attempted to lock his door with the key that kept clanking in the dark. Then it was the staff that started setting tables for breakfast (clank! bang!). I can honestly say that this is the only hotel in Argentina where I got such a bad sleep. When we returned to Bariloche, we stayed in a much better hotel with a great view for only $10 more.
