We recently had lunch on a visit to Seabreeze Resort, to check out the facilities. My family all enjoyed the beautiful setting from the restaurant, which is well appointed and a credit to the resort.
We had amazing tuna which is our favourite and will go back for next time we return to Samoa.
The staff member was very nice, friendly and attentive. Without seeing in the accommodation inside it is a perfect spot for a lovely quiet holiday, honeymoon or retreat with only limited rooms it is a perfect size not to get too busy. Lovely pool area overlooking the small but adequate beach area.
Would highly recommend a visit even if only to dine or have a cocktail!
Slightly daunting long driving could do with an upgrade with pot holes, and maybe a more noticeable sign on roadside would attract visitors!

Thanks for sharing your experience of Seabreeze, we will make sure we pass your compliments onto the staff at our next meeting they appreciate feedback & revel in praise. Seabreeze was the winner of the 2012 NZ food & wine challenge, so we are thrilled that you found our food "amazing".

We agree & understand your issues with the road & are expecting to have this fixed in the near future. We have experienced a fair bit of heavy rain & the road has suffered but with plans in process to renew the entire driveway, we will soon have an entrance to be proud of.

We also have our photographer here at the moment whom is taking images of the resort, we already have plans for two signs one at the entrance to our driveway & another on the headland with vinyl images of the resort, so next time you visit us Seabreeze will be in a better position to meet welcome you, but our tasty cuisine & spectacular views will of course be the same.

We have just returned from a week's holiday at Seabreeze and have to say it was the best holiday we have ever had. We have travelled quite a lot in the Pacific Islands but Samoa winds hands down and Seabreeze would have to be one of the nicest most relaxed resorts we have ever stayed in.

Chris and Wendy go out of their way to help and advise of places to go, car hire etc and the staff at Seabreeze just make life fun with their constant singing and happy smiles.

We had beachfront unit number 8 and I have to disagree with a previous review that the palms block the view; yes there are palms but they just provide privacy particularly for the outdoor area at the side of the unit. We had a wonderful view of the lagoon from our bed with just palm trees waving to the side. Looking from the restaurant, number 8 was completely private but number 9 not so much so. The whole unit was amazing. Beautifully furnished with everything we could want including a fantastic outdoor shower.

We hired a car with Chris' help for 4 days and drove around the whole island as much as we could. The most impressive part of Samoa apart from the people are the fantastic gardens. It is easy to see how much pride they take in their gardens, absolutely beautiful.

The snorkelling at Seabreeze wasn't brilliant, but only because of the devastation from the tsunami. Great to see the coral starting to regenerate and the fish are returning in droves. We found pretty good snorkelling near Apia at the Marine Reserve.

Amazing food cooked by two amazing chefs. The main chef had had an accident when we arrived so a lot of our meals were cooked by the number 2 chef and I have to say, he did an absolutely fantastic job. His masi masi in a white wine cream sauce was out of this world!

Thanks all at Seabreeze, we loved you all and we will definitely return.

Room Tip: If you want a beachfront unit, definitely ask for number 8, much more private than number 9.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Seabreeze. The resort is well situated in a small bay, the rooms are fresh and well designed. The restaraunt is set over the water, and the food was great. We well recomed this resort.

We booked 5 nights at Seabreeze Resort more as a base to get to all the great beaches on the south coast.

But as soon as we arrived we felt like we could never leave and be very happy!

The resort is in a lovely location, built sympathetically into this little cove. It has such a lovely relaxing boutique atmosphere to the whole place, a perfect blend of 'homely' luxury.

The 12 villas are all facing the sea, and most overlook the lovely infinity pool.

We stayed in an Ocean Villa, which was a lovely room, lovely decor, comfy beds, a day bed, walk in shower, and fridge and kettle facilities. Shower was hot and the pressure was good enough.

The air con was extremely effective, and there's also a fan.

The villa had a lovely porch / decking area with comfy seats and a hammock to enjoy an afternoon drink or just read a book.

There was no TV, which didn't bother us at all.

The pool area has relaxing day beds and pods to chill out in, as well as a pool bar to serve your cocktails needs!

The little beach is cute, and the bay is lovely for a swim, kayak, and there's some snorkelling.

The restaurant is in a lovely spot, curving out into the ocean so the views and the cooling breezes are wonderful. The menu was varied and the food was very good (i'd stop short of saying excellent, but all very enjoyable)

The staff were very friendly and all seemed to be from the local village, so the whole resort seemed well intergrated in the local community. The staff did their own Fia Fia night which was excellent, having been to a few it was very authentic and the staff seemed to really enjoy doing it.

We visited many of the other top resorts along this south coast, and we so happy with our choice of Seabreeze, it was definitely the best resort in Samoa.

Our second choice would be Sinalei Reef resort, which was in a lovely bay, friendly staff, sort of a large scale super sized version of Seabreeze if tennis courts and golf course is on your list of needs...

Samoan'a was very overpriced for what it was and the beach wasn't that great

Aggie Grey's Lagoon Resort - our least favourite place on the island, bland, no personality, more like a motel in front of a nice pool, TERRIBLE service, staff completely uninterested.

I would definitely return to Seabreeze again for a utterly relaxing holiday!

Room Tip: Ocean Villa 7 was completely detached, the others seemed to be semi detached. Though it was set slightly further back so the pool view was slightly obscured.
