TERRIBLE is an understatement: scary linins; freezer froze at least $30 worth of food; wifi didn’t work; threadbare upholstery on the furniture; no plug access to plug in computer or clock – alem clock is all the way across the room. I could go on and on quite a bit more.

Creepy bizarre, weird people running the place – smell like a chimney, barefoot, disheveled – looks like they have never combed their hair or taken a shower. I have a service dog that I have had for seven years. He got more protective than he has ever been in those seven years – he probably would have attacked the gentleman maid had I not had him on a leash (it’s part of his job to protect me). He definitely picked up some weird, dangerous vibes.

One would believe that this is a secluded location while, in actuality, it is about 300 meters from the freeway. Appears as if nothing has been updated since 1975.

Room Tip: Not possible.

We stayed here because our friends got married in Munds Park. It is pretty much the only hotel in the area. We were happy with the location and the hotel is what it is. Good for a bed and a shower. If you are a high maintenance person do not waste your time. We are a pretty go with the flow pair so this hotel was fine for us. Reasonable rates too :)

Really strange people running it. Barefoot, dirty, disheveled little girl running around with no one watching her. Dirty, filthy, discusting rooms. Fridge didn't work and door was boken on the inside and I had to clean it with a clorox wipe before touching it. Tv didn't work, wi-fi didn't work. Washcloths were stained kinda grey. No pots/pans, no dishes, glasses, cups, silverware even though we rented a kitchenette. Dust an inch thick behind nightstand. We were not even there 2 hours when we decided to pack it back up and get a room right in Flagstaff. Spent $150 for two nights and just left, especially after reading reviews about it having bed bugs. Normally I do read reviews but didn't this time and we paid for it dearly! Very freaky place. No one else was staying there, now we know why.

Room Tip: Save your money and go into Flagstaff! This place is a dive!

Room was filthy, very old furniture (I don't think goodwill would accept) food from previous person on the floor, dust everywhere, didn't want to sit on any of the upolstered furniture (see pictures) Shelves in refrigerator full of rust. Noisy and Nasty. Avoid at all costs.

The motel is located in a pine forest. While the location is beautiful it is far from the city. Everything seems to be old and needs renovating. Overpriced. WiFi DID NOT WORK!

We stayed here the last weekend of April, we had stayed before in September of 11. The husband wife management team was great and the remembered us from our previous stay! Things look to be improving for this property and I will definetly stay here again. In the few months since our last stay the property was cleaned up and the rooms had a coat of fresh paint and were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the service was amazing! It is my understanding that the Husband & Wife management team has only been there a short time. I will give them 2 thumbs for their hard work and the improvements I have seen! We will be back for sure!

Believe it or not, we stayed 6 nights during hunting season. Before we arrived, I prayed for 2 things: clean, comfy bed and hot water for long showers. God answered! Our "suite" and our son's kitchenette room were much to be desired. Fireplace wouldn't draft correctly so after about an hour of burning wood from the well-stocked pile on the patio, g'son and i had to escape to our son's kitchenette room for air. Even tho' the overworked manager sprayed our room down, it never stopped smelling of smoke. Both rooms needed deep cleaning, microwave exploded one day, cooktop burners didn't work, no sink stopper, rough towels, vinyl floors bad shape. the list goes on and on. On the POSITIVE side, the manager and wife were very friendly and helpful. Apparently the motel owner is not willing to put any money into the place so shame on him.

Room Tip: Do not bother to stay in a suite w/fireplace. Doesn't work. The kitchenette rooms lack a dece...
