When we arrived the staff did not offer to handle our luggage. We were lazily directed to the check in area. After we checked in we were given a map of the property and half heartedly directed down a path and left on our own to find the building and room. I guess I was thinking that a quality hotel would offer to help or a staff member would show us to our room. Your website advertises an adult pool that remains open until midnight. That is great but service at the pool ends at 5:00 PM. Really an adult pool! The pool was dirty with debris from the palm trees. I do realize it was that time of year but perhaps the pool should be netted 2 or 3 times a day. Overall the resort is beautiful but the service not so much. Perhaps a little more attention to the details is in order. Maybe a management change should be considered due to their lack of attention to the details.

Thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback regarding your recent stay at our resort. We are sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations as we would have hoped. Please accept our sincere apology for the service experience you encountered. We were disappointed to hear that our Bell staff didn’t assist you with your luggage and offer to escort you to your room on one of our golf carts. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service to all of our guests and are sorry to hear that this was not the case while you were at our resort.

We appreciate your comments and they will certainly be used as a training opportunity for our team. We will also be reviewing staffing schedules to ensure that we have enough attendants available at the pool to ensure that the pool remains well maintained.

We were happy to see in your review that you enjoyed the overall beauty of our resort. We truly do hope that we will see you again soon to give us another chance to show you an experience that the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia is known for.

I would like to rate this resort higher as it was well a beautiful, well kept property with friendly staff. The reason for lowering the rating a bit was that we paid extra for a room with a view of the mountain. The mountain was not actually visible unless you crouched down in the room to look out over some tall bushes. The view as you actually relaxed in the room was of a small green lawn and some bushes. Certainly not horrible, but not the spectacular mountain view we were expecting.

nice place for couples or romantic getaway. We had 2 small kids and it was fine but there is not a lot for them to do as there is in some of the surrounding resorts. The pool is nice but again is not very kid friendly. We have had dinner in the past at Prado and it was not great. Stick to the more casual restaurants here.

This resort offers a beautiful property with amazing service, beautiful rooms and a fantastic setting. It feels very secluded, like you are in a far away land, with beautiful mountain views and a gorgeous sunset! The staff is professional and attentive, and are available all the time to meet your needs.

One of the most relaxing resorts I have stayed at. The beds were the most comfortable and I couldn't wait to get a good nights sleep each evening (or an afternoon nap). The pool area and grounds were beautiful and the food was top notch at each of the restaurants. The room was very large, in perfect condition and had a beautiful and peaceful patio to enjoy coffee each day. The spa was one of the most amazing I have been to. Will be back!

Our room is beautiful and this is a lovely quiet resort. We went to the oasis pool with another couple and had rented a cabana which was supposed to include a server to check on us and bring orders more quickly. When we arrived the pool was not very busy with plenty of chairs and shade available without renting the cabana. We ordered lunch and several drinks throughout the afternoon and each time it took forever to get her attention to order something and more than 20 minutes longer to get our drink order. We are local and have many other fine resort choices for a staycation to choose from next time.

It was our anniversary weekend getaway. Got a free upgrade to a full Camelback view, .The whole experience was just fantastic. Our valet Wendell was just really helpful and made us feel welcome. did the 9:15am flow yoga, awesome!!! we took a short drive to Scottsdale square and had the best lunch at True Food Kitchen. Top notch shopping. The following day we did an early hike up Camelback, I highly recommend this but really bring lots of water AND wear hiking gloves!! Went back to the hotel for a scheduled couples massage at Joya spa. Heaven!! Then we did the downtown scene, Citizen public house, then the tapas bar by the canal where we enjoyed the flamenco dancing. We had the best time and already are planning coming back with the kids.
