“Good Hotel”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 August 2014

I wish there was a Good rating, between Average and Very Good. That's where this hotel falls. I like the hotel, but not the pools, or the long walk from the reception to the rooms. Service and Staff were very professional and helpful.

Room Tip: If you have a car, you can park near your room. Otherwise you might have a long walk.

Thank you for taking the opportunity to provide us with feedback regarding your recent visit. We are delighted to hear that you found our service and staff to be professional and helpful. We apologize that you found the walk from the lobby to your room to be too far. Please know for future visits, that our bellmen are happy to assist with golf cart pick-ups and drop-offs from anywhere on property. Our resort features three individual sparkling pools, and we would be interested to receive additional feedback regarding your pool experience. We invite you to contact us directly at marcom.scottsdale@omnihotels.com. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia.

I love to stay OMNI HOTEL. Wjere I go and if I can find it. Because when I stay at LA OMNI Service was memorable and great. I chose to stay at Scottdale OMNI. It was beautiful resort and especially they keep enough space for bathroom and the bathroom was what I always expecting in the hotel.( which is no many hotel carry that) service was very nice and very impressed all workers ( Bell boys, maid, maintenance ppl who works everyday over 105 degree out side.) They still gave us smiles even Hot there! I appreciated and nice to see hard workers like them.Great trip I enjoy stay at Scottdale OMNI. I love to come back again if they have great deal again! Thank you.

Visited the "Sun City" in July when the weather was above 100 each day. I stayed at the Resort for 4 nights and was amazed by the set up and service. The staff took great care and provided excellent services. I had a few small issues with the room and they fixed it immediately. Thanks

The resort & rooms were gorgeous, and the two bellmen I met were very nice and helpful. Loved having my morning coffee out on the patio. One negative thing, when my 6 year old reached for the $6 bag of chips that you get charged for immediately when picked up I let out a blood curdling scream and she cried.

If you like an attentive staff, luxurious grounds, and peace and relaxation......THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!! Everything you need is here....although food and drink prices are a little excessive, they do not skimp on quality. Essentially you get what you pay for. Bring a little extra cash and you won't need to leave this gorgeous resort. Everything you need to have a fantastic getaway is right here. We can't wait to return!

Overall this resort has a well rounded experience. A few nice pools, a fun bar area with a giant tv and better than average resort rooms. Like many bigger resorts it can be a decent walk from the room in the back of the property to the entertainment and parking in front so be prepared. My only real critique is that the bar area closes early by 9pm which forces you to leave the property if you want to grab a drink after that. I loved the layout and setting with some nice mountain views. There is an underground parking garage adjacent to the main building. The staff seemed upbeat and helpful overall. I will definitely go back to stay when i'm in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. In the summer the room rates are great!

Upon arrival to this nicely kept resort we were very happy with the sincere attention/service provided by the front Bell team. The gentleman that took us to our room was very knowledgeable and helped us settle in. Overall service was fantastic! Only one thing was disappointing, we were all excited to take a shower in the luxurious open dual spray shower but the water pressure was terrible. Reported it to the front desk and they addressed the issue right away. Overall we highly recommend this resort but keep in mind its a trek to your room... Will definitely stay here next time we're in Scottsdale.
