The hotel grounds and room are very nice and well appointed. The pool is amazing!!! My wife and I stayed here for her 30th birthday and we had a great time...staff was amazing and everything was well taken care of.

This resort is easily one of the best I've stayed at...ever. Top notch service and up to date rooms, with a beautiful backdrop of Camelback mountain. The pools (we tried out both) were great, and the grounds were kept clean.

Lovely little European/Mexico village in Phoenix. 2 pools, great rooms, great restaurant, views of Camelback mountain. Peaceful grounds. Definitely not cheap for accommodation or meals. A special treat. High end of resorts.

Visited for a conference in May 2014. Very impressed with meeting facilities and professionalism of staff. Well appointed rooms. Enjoyed this oasis in the desert. A true gem. Pools, Joya spa and restuarant and shops on site. Love the ice cream and seeing bunny rabbits in the early mornings.

I've lived in Phoenix 20 years and have never seen a scorpion until today, when it creeped across my stain covered carpet in a Montelucia suite. The room is dreary and outdated, the adult pool was overrun by a drunken bachelorette party and I'm still scared to put my feet on the floor. Not what I expected for $450 per night. Next time? Royal Palms.

Thank you for taking the opportunity to provide us with feedback regarding your recent visit. We would like to extend our sincere apologies that you did not find your room accommodation to be in perfect condition. This is not typical of our exemplary Omni standards and we have followed up accordingly to ensure that the concerns you raised regarding your carpet have been addressed. We were also surprised to hear that you came across a scorpion as we take every precautionary measure to regularly exterminate throughout the year. We regret that you encountered a disruptive bachelorette party at the adult pool and will follow up with our pool attendants regarding protocol in an effort to continually improve. We invite you to contact us directly at marcom.scottsdale@omnihotels.com should you wish to discuss your experience further. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Omni Resort Montelucia in the future.
