The hotel is quite beautiful but they are clearly skrimping on staff in their restaurants, bars and coffee shop. We waited 30 minutes for breakfast and others in the restaurant said they had waited 45 minutes for each meal for several days. The hostess was twiddling her thumbs instead of pitcing in to help. Their excuses are not believable. Not relaxing at all. Too bad for it is a gorgeous venue; a few bad reviews and they will feel the result of their obvious cost-cutting. Very short-sighted and no managers were pitching in either.
