stayed at the havasu springs resort rv park. lots of spaces to choose from and accommodating to all size rigs. a good portion of spaces are shaded in the afternoon which is important when the temperatures are 110'+! boat launch is easy to navigate and having a designated boat slip takes the hassle out of having to pull the boat or skiis out every night. located in a quiet area of the river so you can play on the water without worrying about crowds. an easy boat ride away from the channel and london bridge or lake havasu. plenty of arizona state coves along the way, equipped with bathrooms and little beaches for a day use fee. will stay here often!

We just went this past weekend the rooms are dirty we had bugs in the plastic cups they give you; the TV was bad and only gets 4 good channels. The shower leaks so water goes all over the floor so my kids fell every night. The pool was nice BUT when they have big parties in the pool even if it says the pool closes at 10pm it goes until 1am and the security guards can’t do much since the people yell at them to get out anyways. You have drunks in the pool with kids and underage drinking. We told the office and we got “what do you expect this is a resort” so NO we will not ever staying here again. We have been coming for 5 years and I will NOT ever be going back the Blue Water casino down the road is where I will stay from now on!

This place was terrible! It was a very small area for RV's. with low cost Salem travel trailers setting about taking up good RV spots. No dog park, no grass, no trails. It shares property line with a trailer park and a sleezy looking motel. Poor looking beach area
to walk along. We did a 90 minute sales pitch for Colorado River Adventures. They promissed a $50.00 check and a $200.00 gift for calling 3 to 5 days before our arrival. We left with nothing. The sales man was very rude at the end when he found out we were not buying in on his line of bull. We checked out a couple state parks within 5 miles of the place and they were cleaner than Havasu Springs Resort with more to do. As well as better beaches and trees. This place is old and run down and they have the nerve to call is a RESORT.

My family stayed here during Memorial Day weekend and we had a pleasant stay. I was a bit worried from the reviews that I had read and was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went. The outdated bathroom mentioned in a previous review was updated. We too stayed across the road at the Lakeview part of the resort. The rooms were clean and cool. We picked this resort because it had a boat launch on the property. The front of the Lakeview reminded me of the Bates Motel, but there were other friendly families there and a beautiful view of the lake. The launch was easy and convenient, and the price for leaving our boat at the dock was reasonable. We ate at the restaurant the first night. The service was good, the food hit the spot, and the employees were friendly. House keeping and maintenance was good. This review as written with input from a wife, husband, our daughters.

I visited Havasu Springs Resort twice, most recently in May 2011 and stayed in both poolside and marina rooms. My poolside room was large and had a kitchen and patio overlooking a lawn and the lake. My marina room was over the restaurant and bar, yet was quiet at all hours. Both rooms were clean and air conditioning worked well. Wireless internet worked well in the marina room, but I did not try it in the poolside room. I visited on business for field work on Lake Havasu. Havasu Springs Resort was extremely convenient in this respect. We could dock our boats close to the rooms and the bar and restaurant were near both. We managed to schedule our field work around a busy weekend for the first visit and off-season for the second when room rates were low. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, from check-in, to restaurant, to housekeeping staff, to marina workers.

My sister and I stayed in a lakeview room and we were very happy with the value. For $42/night, it was a bargain...the room was spacious, the kitchette was clean and useful. The room fixtures (pink toilet/sink & tub) were outdated, but worked just fine. Most of all the bed sheets were sparkling white as well as the towels, and the floors were clean. The cleaning solution they use does leave behind a strange odor (at work ours does too because they use one that doesn't have a perfumey odor), but disapated quickly and a nice candle took care of that. The place was peaceful and quiet and we slept good. We took out one meal from the restaurant to eat in our room and everything was just fine. My sister loved the fish being done just right although the cajun coating was too salty. We were more than happy with our stay here.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Lakeview motel across the highway from the rest of the resort, knowing that a room...
